Tim first mentions the Steelcase Gesture chair at 1:31:05 in Story 6 of the Cyberpunk review, though he talks about it in depth at 1:33:55. The entire gamer chair tangent basically starts at 1:21:38 so go there if you want the whole thing. He also mentions owning a Steelcase Leap and liking it better than the Herman Miller Aeron, but the Gesture is the chair he currently owns.

On personal note, I bought a Steelcase Gesture after watching that video and I've been very happy with it. I found one on Craigslist/Marketplace after searching for about a week or so.

Metaverse Items: The last item is the Holy Grail, but I'm guessing the thing you're missing is actually the Reaper or Jose's Car. Defeat the Reaper once to unlock it. For Jose's Car return to the very last level of mementos (where you remove the barrier in the January Palace). You might have to come back after securing the route to the treasure.
