Dell - never again.

I've heard excellent reviews on both IBuyPower and CyberpowerPC for high end machines. Of course, Apple is another company that is renown for its customer service. My experience with HP customer service was vastly more positive than Dell's. Can't speak for Lenovo or others.

Why keep buying from them though, when other companies have top notch customer service?

I know for sure from this day on I will be avoiding Dell as a matter of principle. Good thing this happened however, because I almost pulled the trigger on an Alienware desktop. Close call.
