A perimeter only mode would be useful for more than just testing and a welcome feature.
If the X4 runs at night it doesn't do any perimeter laps (presumably) because of reduced vision, and only fills in the middle of the zone. Being able to send it out for a quick perimeter only run during daytime would be a nice option.

Because those are not the screws I was talking about.
There’s two vertical silver screws on the bracket that keeps the TV from lifting off or sliding.
RealityExit
This is not a safe installation, even before pointing out the TV isn't secured (silver screws) to the bracket. I would take it down as soon as you can get a second person to help you.

65" LG C3 is very light compared to many other TVs of the same size. I would not be concerned using only 2 VESA screws.
Look at the side profile of a C3 however and understand that it will never have a true flush mount appearance regardless of bracket due to the construction of the TV.

Is there any option for Geek Squad to do TV Mounting without the Setup portion for a cheaper price than the $250?
Depends on your area. Ask your local store if a "Basic Mounting" SKU is available.
Lastlly, the setup mentions cable conceling in walls. If I provided the in-wall outlet/cable organizer like this one from Amazon, would they install that
That would be an Add-On In-Wall Power Extension installation for $50. The wording you reference is aimed more in the direction of you already had something similar installed and needed us to fish a new HDMI through it while mounting the TV, for example.

You're looking for an HDMI switch, not a receiver.

Pretty sure that's 100D, as in depth. You can see it on the 450 in the bottom right as well.

Not entirely sure how much weight the score holds. I recently scored a 97/98/100 on 3 similar positions and didn't receive an interview or any further communication for either of them.

The reviews are true. I've seen that bracket tilt forward with ~75 inch TVs. The tilting lock is not good enough, even when using a drill to tighten it way more than you could by hand.
You can get around this by placing some filler material behind the arms to physically block the tilting movement if you're set on this stand.
I replaced the blades on my X430 and noticed the same thing. The blades on the disc are staggered with half of them mounted higher/lower on the disc. All of the lower blades on both discs had grass clippings perfectly wrapped around the pivot point that prevented the blades from moving without force.
The blades were all extended outwards from the centrifugal force over time. Presumably this means they're still cutting, but just can't freely pivot. Unsure how much effect this has on cut quality or other concerns.
