On the contrary; why should we not humanize them when they are in fact human? There's nothing wrong with trying to understand everyone's point of view. For example, what would cause people to become involved in the war, from an axis perspective? What drives their patriotism?

Let's forget about the rules of policy and focus on the fact that thanks to the systems locked accounts nintendo has taken this mans money and ran in the simplest of words.

You can blame him all you would like, but the bottom line is that if this had happened to me I also wouldn't be happy with it's turn of events, and to be honest it does make me not want to continue supporting one of my favorite companies.
