I bonded 2"x6" heat sink with 1-inch fins on bottom of my Gen 1 power supply. Bare top seems to dissipate heat OK.

Any livable-sized structure would show up in sky views. If it remains in the same location, particularly in a housing restricted area, and you will be visited by the government Building Association.

The normal way of getting around this is to have two RV parking spaces, both with full utility connections, on 2 different locations in your acreage. Move it from one space to the other every 4-6 months. Whatever your government time limit is.

When I get new tires installed, the very first thing I do is break loose every wheel nut and re-torque to spec.

My 4" clones from local weed store were $16 each, cheaper than regular plant starts from big-box garden stores. I planted 6 weed clones in mid-May (late start) and they're 3-5 foot tall now & thick. I water and lightly fertilize daily.

I'm growing in raised-bed kitchen garden as an experiment, sharing space with my tomato trellises. If successful I'll plant next year's weed clones in their own raised bed, on drip irrigation like my other kitchen garden plants.

Compared to a 36-inch-wide hatch, an Mi-8’s 12-foot-diameter rotor disc is an easy target.

They are referring to the 12-foot-diameter tail rotor, not the 69-foot-diameter main rotor.

Your question was marked as sent 16 days ago but I only just received it today.

I'm not sure I understand your question. Are you asking about an older car, without an immobilizer? Those are easy to start using the method I described.

Shit, you're right. It's a Bentley Bentayga.

Correlation does not imply causation.

You've got it.

I'd do the same that you're doing. Move it around a little and trial the results.

I fly a light single-place airplane of my own design, with modified engine of my own design. I don't like noise, so modified my engine/propeller combination giving me a lower rpm and larger disc area (prop diameter).

EAA sent a representative out to major air meets to see what members were doing to reduce airport area noise. She sought me out as the only airplane that people first noticed when my shadow passed over them.

It is already known how to silence low-speed airplanes. Tony Bingelis's "Firewall Forward" book, page #111 'The Swiss Muffler' tells how to silence engine noise. And Vietnam War's Lockheed YO-3 Quiet Star surveillance aircraft shows the importance of large-diameter, slow-turning propeller.

Depends on the cemetery and local business culture. Long ago, I worked for Sticklin Greenwood Cemetery in Lewis County WA.

They kept a general eye on which graves were visited and which weren't. If graves went unattended they'd 'accidentally' knock over metal grave markers with riding lawnmower. At next lawn mowing they'd toss the markers behind the maintenance building. If nobody complained, older markers at bottom of the pile were thrown away after a while. Tossed markers were around 20-30 years old.

New graves were shifted diagonally a couple feet so as to not dig directly on prior grave sites. In the wet climate, coffin and remains were reduced to soft earth. There was still a small air space and badly rusted coffin hinges.

I was minimum-wage grounds worker but didn't need that in my life. I quit work that day.

Poppies are grown commercially for opium or poppy seeds. Opium latex is gathered at technical maturity stage. Poppy seeds are harvested at later biological stage.

Poppies in the photo appear to be at the earlier latex stage.

You may be right. The original Chinese capacitors were short-lived. I changed over to buying MARS brand capacitors which last much longer.

Recently the capacitors quit after less than 2 years, which made me suspicious Amazon is selling counterfeit MARS capacitors. So this time I bought my spares directly from "marsdelivers.com". Will see if that makes a difference.

My Carrier HVAC came with a start capacitor and an undocumented space & connector for a run capacitor. The fan motor ran hot until I installed the missing run capacitor.

The start capacitor quits every year or 2. I've learned to stock spare start & run capacitors, keeping them handy for when my Carrier HVAC conks out. I replace both start and run capacitors at the same time to keep the condenser fan motor happy.

I disconnect power using the "pull-out block" at the compressor unit. And discharge the old capacitors by shorting their contacts to a ground. Takes me 20 minutes to get my system back up and running, with no wait for expensive HVAC repairman.

Good choice of location. Most RV roofs have EPDM rubber roofing stretched over 1/4" to 3/8" plywood sheet roofing. A significant barrier to radio signals.

Your Navion's cabover appears to be vacuum thermoformed plastic, an affordable construction method which happens to be relatively transparent to radio signals. I'd shift your Starlink Mini towards the front, away from flat plywood roofing.

I enjoy motorcycles but this path should be done on foot. OP has no time (or safety) to enjoy where they are.

The most productive period of my life was when I was hospitalized for 10 weeks due to a car accident. I couldn't leave the bed so spent the time developing house, aircraft, and machine designs in my head. Designs I was still building 8 years later.
