I try to live by the rule of "You can only complain about something if you also bring a solution." With that in mind how would you suggest balancing the nature of the double enchanted bolts? I understand the frustration, but I don't know of a better solution other than "give more shards". Perhaps an "Only shards" loot option for the raid?

I feel like you should just accept that in the heavy ranged category it is literally BIS and should need some grinding to upkeep. I agree its a bit strange to not be get them another way, but I feel like they could add ascension shards to like TDs droptable and things like that and it would be fine.

Maybe I am just a peasant but I feel like if I got a super rare drop like that I would legit spend a ton of time storing up supplies just to be able to use them freely for months.

They should just make the rondache block typeless as well.

Just break the steak entirely after you got the points you need. Use Turael to skip any task you don't want. That plus task storage is so so freeing.

What the dude was doing was gross, but to play a bit of devils advocate here some things do actually need a server running that does cost money.

For the most part it prolly could run off of donations like RuneLite does. You can make something and make the code free but that does not mean it could operate for free.

For example if you open sourced Spotify. The running of its servers and whatever computation you did on the backend would still cost money. Mind you we are talking really small amounts like <100 monthly for even the biggest of plugins you could contrive, but still.

I had a game recently where my 2s tm8 flamed me for being mid too often instead of on their tail. You just can't win.

Still shows what the other guy meant. I do bet you are just better at 1s. I'm c2 at 2s and never broke into diamond in 1s. Plenty of people feel the opposite as you for the modes.

Also I wouldn't be surprised if your ranks line up with threshold ranks. Is 1% breaking into gc2? I know lower ranks are like that with people trying to sweat extra hard to eek out the next rank.

Try turning off public chat only allow quick chats, or only team quick chat.

I found I was tilted a lot less. Turns out toxic players give up similar to non toxic players.

Yeah I too had this happen today. Someone was flaming me and I tried to keep playing and ignore it. Till they claimed I was boosted (C2 who would even bother) so I challenged. 5-0 in first 1:30 and they quit.

Having said that I doubt it will change anything. People rationalize that their teammate was worse than them in the most creative way. After a couple spankings in duels I bet they just ignore the duel.

I wish the score of wins/lose was shown for each player. Neutral would be totally like normal but if someone was super challenged and declining or leaving counted as a loss I bet you could see exactly who the toxic players were.

Challenger wincount and Defender Wincount. I would put money that toxic players would end up super negative Defender wincount because of all the declining they would be doing. I know I would challenge a lot more knowing it would potentially shut people up.

Couple of things.

1. People can't sustain constant ffing for long till their mmr is so shot you don't see them anymore. Forcing then to win again to have the mmr to be in dev range.
2. It was the first day. People will realize it's not something they can grind out in a night or a few days. Fewer people than were hunting yesterday will want to dedicate their RL time ffing.
3. Play ranked. That's the mode where people don't quit as easily.

But to your points I did free l feel robbed that my time last night to play with friends outside my ranked mmr was ruined by people ffing. It was fun to see super high level players in my lobbies but also kinda toxic for not being about to play a real game the whole night.
