Can be fixed without restarting by opening load out, change weapon, exit load out, switch to the new weapon, activate scope (press alt if needed), then go back in to load out, change back to original weapon. Repeat for all 3 weapons as needed.
It's a pain, but if you're in the middle of a mission/challenge and don't want to restart, this can get your scopes back.

Achievements should be things that you generally have to play the game differently to complete them. If they're things you'd complete by playing as you always do, it's not really an achievement. This would cause players to behave differently and make the games more interesting.

What browser is everyone using who has this issue?
I recently switched from Chrome to Firefox. Never had the issue in Chrome but have been having it constantly with Firefox. I assumed this was a new bug in OWA, but after seeing this post from a year ago, I'm thinking it may be browser related.
