How many years? Once you clear 4-5+ on a non violent misdemeanor warrant an attorney will probably be able to get it dropped in abstentia (think I said that right?) Meaning you don’t have to show up or they will just give you a small fine and it goes away forever. But you will need to pay for the attorney to negotiate this with the DA prior, and it can end up costing more than turning yourself in and doing it the “right” way.

I had a friend bounce from Idaho on a misdemeanor weed charge and hired an attorney and it got completely dismissed at a zoom hearing. He only had to pay a court fee of like $150. The downside is that the attorney costed $4k, and it’s always a risk the da doesn’t want to play ball and just says Nope. It would have been cheaper for him to go to Idaho, turn himself in, bail out next morning, get summary probation and pay Idahos $300 weed fine.

If you are considering San Clemente, look south in San Diego as well. It’s much safer than the bay. We do have a homeless population but significantly less aggressive than the bay and only really exist downtown on specific streets. I used to live in Seattle and I would always conceal carry when walking around because of all the lunatic fentanyl ferrets. The bay is just as bad/worst than Seattle. Never felt the need to in San Diego.

Of the three I would pick San Clemente all day. SC always reminded me of a “postcard” SoCal town. I could never afford it, but I don’t think there’s a single homeless person there. It’s very safe and very wealthy. But if you like the bay and can afford San Clemente it honestly opens you up to a lot of safer places up there too…

Boston is consistently ranked among the safest if not safest metro in the US. If safety is #1 priority I would pick that. Boston never stood out to me as a great place to live despite being just as if not more expensive than California. But maybe it’s just not for me. Very safe city and lots of history if you’re into that

Apparently he is a local hero. According to the comments he’s not even the worst of the worst for the area

RedEyes619

According to the other comments the guy walks around town/grocery stores in it. Yes

RedEyes619

Apparently the town he lives in he is celebrated as a local hero. His business has excellent reviews

RedEyes619

Based on other comments. Southern Idaho is nice. North Idaho is the Klanhandle

RedEyes619

The area around glacier and NW Montana is not like that at all, ime.

RedEyes619

According to the post I pulled this from, it’s actually his business logo (which also has the confederate flag). He also participates in the local parade

RedEyes619

In north idaho he only stands out because it’s a confederate uniform and not a kkk one

RedEyes619

She’s from Spokane, which is a blue dot in the area actually.

RedEyes619

LOL

RedEyes619

Klanhandle*

RedEyes619

Yeah his business has great reviews on google. And his business logo is a black kid eating watermelon. So apparently the locals approve.

Unfortunately, you fucked up in the worst state possible.

In alllmost any other state they would drop charges since the victim is unlikely to cooperate, not in Idaho. Good luck. Lived in that shithole state for 19 years. Got arrested and booked with about 20 other people at a house party because one person at the place had weed and in Idaho that means everyone has weed.

They have the largest incarcerated population per capital in the states, they don't fuck around. You could have Jay walked and the DA will still give you 90 days in the can

RedEyes619

How the hell did he get held without bail in Cali for workmans comp violations??? I got caught with a gun and several hundred pounds and I got OR'd. Something ain't adding up here. I have seen people kidnap their girlfriend and get kidnapping and false imprisonment get OR'd too.

RedEyes619

Lol I wasn't unlawful carrying, was legally registered, and the plant count bullshit is something bored pigs that have nothing to do come out for. We have a fentanyl epidemic and thats what they care about? Emberassing

RedEyes619

Bro has never lived in the country lol get a grip

RedEyes619

Bud light is fucking trash anyways

As much as I don't think Paddy is on McGregors "prime" level he has been a huge boom for casual interest in the UFC. Had some coworkers that don't keep up at all talking about Paddy fighting yesterday, and hardly hyping the whole McGregor thing up.. kind of crazy. The crowd arguably went more wild for him than McGregor too which is pretty crazy.

I know everyone here hates Bianco but I am disappointed that Hilton ended up winning. Bianca is a typical republican but early on i respected his videos in regards to ICE about needing an amnesty program for hard working migrant farmworkers, talking about how important they are to California's economy. In this climate there are very few Republicans talking about that. I assume this is why he didn't get Trumps endorsement. He still did a lot of Trumpy shit like the election fraud but he also broke the status quo a bit. I think he would have been a more interesting candidate than Hilton whose basically just a puppet.
