12gb is enough for console emulation.

For windows games, this device is powerful enough to play games that will benefit from 16gb if ram, however most games will get by fine with 12gb.

Personally, im going for the 16gb/1tb model. Im upgrading from a 2 portal pro.. theres no point in upgrading just to be bottlenecked by a lack of ram.

The Neagley spinoff is actually pretty good too.
