Did you even read your own link? You should - it’s a long essay about how the two beliefs are not as contradictory as you seem to think.
Redeem123
Supporting Palestine is not an endorsement of everything they believe. It’s a belief that they don’t deserve to be genocided.
Hope that helps.

You could try having an actual conversation rather than attempting to be snarky to prove a point.
But ironically, you’re only reinforcing what I’m saying. Hillary consistently polled ahead of Trump by 2-3%, that is true. Now guess what the final vote differential was… 2.1% in Clinton’s favor. A senate race doesn’t have an electoral college, so the comparison is completely misguided. But if you really want to make the comparison, you could say “Hillary had a much better chance than Kamala,” which would be true.
Because more importantly, I’m not saying he’s guaranteed to win. That’s the whole point. He has the best chance in 30 years. “The best chance” is not a guarantee, it’s about likelihood. He objectively has a much better chance than Beto had - why are you trying to disagree with that?
Do you understand how polls work?
Redeem123
Of course it’s on purpose. That doesn’t mean people have to like it.
Redeem123
Talarico maintains a 2 point advantage in the polls, and his outliers are at +6. He's led in almost every single poll since July
O'Rourke never led in a single poll, let alone in the aggregate. He was always a longshot.
Beto was a fantastic candidate. I voted and rallied for him, and I wish he'd not overdone it during the Dem primary in 2019 so he could still be around. But Talarico is objectively performing far better. From -2.6 to +1.8 is a massive swing, even if the numbers sound small.
Redeem123
Yes 30 years. Beto was the previous best chance, and Talarico is an even better one. He’s polling far better than Beto ever did, and it’s likely to be a much closer race.

And your takeaway from the crucifixion is that it’s a tradition we should continue?

Sure, her reaction is justified. But that’s literally one scene. That’s a far cry from “fully justified.”She refuses to actually engage with Zendaya as a human after that.
Redeem123
How was she justified exactly?
Zendaya's character is the textbook definition of remorseful and reformed. She made a very, VERY bad decision 20 years ago, but didn't go through with it. And she pretty instantly took action in fighting against that very decision.
Meanwhile Haim's character actually did something, and her remorse is pretty light at best. She didn't show any actual guilt or growth from what happened.
I'd agree that her portrayal was realistic - she's a great actor. But her character was hardly justified.

Servants of the Empire. It’s a four book series that ties in with Star Wars Rebels, but focuses on mostly new characters (book 2 is an expanded adaptation of a Rebels episode).
It’s great for young readers, but also absolutely outstanding even for adults. Read it together - y’all will love it.

I don’t hate Cards Against Humanity, but the damage it did to the party game industry is incalculable.
It’s 2026 - there are loads of good party games now that are actually real games.
Redeem123
Yes I know - it's a very common use of the tiktok/reel shortform video. Nothing against Sam by any means, just that he's hardly a pioneer of the format.
Redeem123
He doesn’t just bring some of it on himself. Being loud and abrasive is literally his whole brand. He welcomes the controversy because it’s why he exists at all.
Redeem123
> He created them to loop perfectly
That’s like 90% of my Instagram reel algorithm. It’s not a particularly unique thing.
Redeem123
Most people don’t actually care about that show (or they would realize she didn’t write it). That discourse was completely isolated to social media.
Redeem123
If Muslim immigrants have to carry the blame for every crime an immigrant commits, surely that means Cleese must also bear the blame for everything a white British guy does, right?
Redeem123
It's meant to be a good entry point for new players featuring iconic characters. This seems to fit that bill pretty well.
Redeem123
Man you people just really love to complain about things don't you? Imagine being annoyed that the main character of three movies gets a third leader unit in three years.
Redeem123
I wouldn't even say it's masterful, but that's not the point. It's absurd to form an opinion on something you didn't even really watch.
Redeem123
It’d be more surprising if it wasn’t. It’s his first new single in five years - of course it’s going to be listened to more than most of his other music this week.
Redeem123
Sure, I get that. But it would also be nice to see some aliens get punched by a big green fist once or twice throughout the season.
Redeem123
What an embarrassing way to engage with a story. Why not actually pay attention?
Redeem123
I like that idea in theory. It’s great that you can have Peacemaker be silly and edgy and Superman be optimistic and colorful and Clayface can be body horror. No need for everything to be the same.
However Green Lantern is like THE fantastical comic property. He’s a space cop who makes green stuff with his mind and his weakness is a color.
I’m all for new takes on a character, but it just felt like a waste.
Redeem123
Honestly I just feel sad for him.
The 3% lead she had did NOT factor in the electoral college. Those were strict popular vote polls. What do you think the 3% lead refers to?
The other ones - the 77-90% - did. And you’ll notice that neither of those numbers are 100%. The fact that Clinton lost is not relevant to this conversation though, so I’m unsure why you’re bringing it up at all.
And again, you’re still refusing to actually engage with my point. No one - LITERALLY NO ONE - is claiming that the polls prove Talarico will win. They’re saying that he has the best chance a Democrat has had in 30 years. What part of that do you not get?
