Thanks for sharing. My digestivr system cannot handle (even bisgylicite) iron pills every day so I was taking one gummies, the next day one pill. I was worried it “gummies” form even works. Mine is from a different brand but still relieved to see at least one good experience with gummies

Yes. It was much worse before I started to take B12 supplement.

OP is the husband and all over on this page you are trying to defend a couple who didn’t even spayed their cat and now leaving her.
Redhaired103
Yes because they add artificial sweeteners into them.

Sodas. They are all way too sweet but people don’t realize unless they take a break from high sweets.

I have agoraphobia. I have quite a few rules about outdoors over my anxiety.
Like doctor appointments are only for very early in the morning or the very last appointment time of the doctor.
I don’t hang out with anyone on the weekend when everywhere is more crowded.
In the summer I can obly hang out on cloudy days. If it’s warmer than 29° I’m not going anywhere

No I will not keep my opinion to myself.
And yes you are abandoning. Did the cat ask for a new home? No. You didn’t even bother to get her spayed ffs. You and your wife are both irresponsible, selfish, cruel, and should never have a pet or a kid for that matter.
P.S. SHE is referred to as SHE in English, not “it” although you treat her like a toy you can “enjoy” until you’re done.
Redhaired103
You made a commitment to your cat first by adopting her. What about that one?
People who abandon their pets do not deserve love. I wish you and your wife all the bad luck in your marriage.

It would take one badly timed hiccup.

It’s still very swollen, it will get smaller anyway

He can also make scrambled eggs with eggshell, a hair, and an unknown object in it.

Hi the last time we checked my Ferritin was 34 and even I dismissed my symptoms as anxiety.
Unfortunately doctors’ dismissive response is partially because a lot of women troop through their symptoms. I only realized I had “fatigue” AFTER I started to take B12 supplement and started to wake up with much more strength. And I was in my late 30s then! My dizziness and light sensitivity decreased after B12 supplement too.
Your symptoms could be about low Ferritin alone but could also be a combination of factors. I’m 41 and it’s a mystery which of my symptoms is about Ferritin, B12, Vitamin D, perimenopause, allergies, or anxiety disorder. The best we can do is aiming “optimal range” numbers in our bloodwork, taking care of our general health, and see how it goes.
If you have access to it a good Functional Medicine doctor helps a lot. (i don’t see one myself though.)

I am from Istanbul, born and raised here. My advice is that take your time, follow some doctors’ IG accounts, follow this sub as people share their experience from Turkey here quite often.
Let me repeat… take your time. From what I see, those who have a bad experience usually only read the reviews on Google and that’s it.

I follow her too because I’m also an auburn redhead and my shade is very similar to hers. I wish we could learn her hair dye (combo?). I started to have white hairs, I will need to dye mine in the next -10 years probably.

What are you talking about she tried to get a promotion the whole time and worked her ass off. THAT’S her focus, what she does every day.
She did tell Doug she wished he was more ambitious yes. And it wasn’t even necessarily about money. Doug has never been mature about future plans. Remember he even got his IPS job by accident after lying to Carrie.

People don’t marry for money? She wanted to make more money (like most people do) but she wanted to marry for love (like most people do.)
And her main focus was HERSELF making more money.

Macaulay Culkin had it for years. He went back to acting after he had kids and I have always wondered if it was his anxiety/agoraphobia that made him stay away from crowds for so long before that.
Barbara Streisand, Whoopi Goldberg… they also talked about it. Kim Kardashian had it for a while as a PTSD response after she got attacked in Paris.
Very much like we don’t really talk about it until we overcome it, many celebrities probably also don’t.
Redhaired103
Do you have health anxiety? Anxiety about side effects?
Heart palpitations are not dangerous and they can also be the result of anxiety alone. I myself get anxious about trying new medicine/supplements and usually get them the first few times.
What is your B12 level? If it’s on the low side of the normal you can get symptomatic. I feel miserable when my B12 is lower than 400 - dizziness, weakness, sensitivity to bright lights etc

This is such a harmful post.
Most people treating animals nicely does NOT stop that one evil guy hurting dozens of cats.
Most cats in the streets are NOT vaccinated for FVRCP or FeLV. They die from contagious diseases.
Loving people also do not stop cars. Every day many cats get hit by a car. Lucky ones die instantly. The others hide somewhere and sie slowly with internal bleeding.
Loving people also don’t protect them from cold weather, fleas and parasites.
And heavy majority of cats want a family in a warm, safe house. Do you know what it means to feel safe?
Also it costs literally thousands to give proper vet care to a cat. How many people do you think spend that money?
I rescue cats in Istanbul for over two decades. If anything everyone should applaud anyone adopting a cat, including foreigners.

Maybe once a month. I go months without it sometimes.
I only use Bio-Oil Natural on my body.

Congratulations, I’m really happy for you.
They don’t numb it the same level for every procedure. If it’s not a surgical move like an impacted wisdom tooth, the numbness doesn’t last long at all.

Cars, cold, storms and snow, bad people, contagious diseases, possible toxins.
I think it’s again processed food. And economy.
I think there is a decrease in meat consumption (there is in my country) which is okay but people are not informed about non-heme iron sources. It’s easier to get iron from meat, it takes some planning to get enough from non-heme sources.
And growing up with processed foods fucked up millenials’ digestive system. Same with the next generations.
