You could try ketogenic pizzas that use chicken for the crust

If you're looking for CBD I'd recommend 'Green Mountian CBD' brand. Their product is pure and the cheapest I've found. A 30 day supply (30x20mg capsules or 600mg of tincture) is $30 + $4 shipping. I highly recommend for soothing cramps, gas, and anxiety.
Redstonepro27
Yep. Caffeine pills are magnitudes cheaper(about 5c) and can be cut for percise dosing
Redstonepro27
Yes, but it requires a lot more planning and some specific intervention to prevent side effects. Contact your doctor or do some thurough research before fasting for 48+ hrs

Meditation and fasting for important events
Redstonepro27
Thank you, great list. I'd add meditation to the anxiety category

Try peppermint tea or oil, if you haven't already
Redstonepro27
Thanks for the suggestion! I've tried those with no luck, unfortunately
Redstonepro27
Do you, or anyone else have any rememies for this damn gas? Peppermint tea and oil capsules help, but I'm open to any suggestions
Redstonepro27
I've had great success managing gassiness and cramping with peppermint oil
Redstonepro27
Peppermint tea and oil capsules are worth trying for bloating and cramping/pain in the abdomen.
Here's the abstract of a meta-analysis examining the efficacy of peppermint oil:
"Eight out of 12 placebo controlled studies show statistically significant effects in favor of PO. Average response rates in terms of "overall success" are 58% (range 39-79%) for PO and 29% (range 10-52%) for placebo. The three studies versus smooth muscle relaxants did not show differences between treatments hinting for equivalence of treatments. Adverse events reported were generally mild and transient, but very specific. PO caused the typical GI effects like heartburn and anal/perianal burning or discomfort sensations, whereas the anticholinergics caused dry mouth and blurred vision. Anticholinergics and 5HT3/4-ant/agonists do not offer superior improvement rates, placebo responses cover the range as in PO trials. Taking into account the currently available drug treatments for IBS PO (1-2 capsules t.i.d. over 24 weeks) may be the drug of first choice in IBS patients with non-serious constipation or diarrhea to alleviate general symptoms and to improve quality of life."

Potatoes have protein, too. A medium potato has 5g for 150 cal

All hoodies I've bought from ON have been TTS (Small - 160 - 6')
Edit: fairly slim fitting, too

Does anyone know how long Alpha Industries sales typically last and how often AI puts out new promo codes? FEB18 code is dead and I'd prefer to get at least free shipping when I put in my order

That's pretty shitty they don't let you have a microwave.
If I were you I'd look for a cheap mini fridge on Craigslist. If you had a mini fridge you could keep ready to eat fruit, veggies, yogurt, cheese, overnight oats, etc. Would be a pretty cheap way to up your intake of nutritious foods for the next 2.5 months.
Redstonepro27
Yes.

Okay then I'd take the frozen weight to be most accurate. It's honestly a negligible difference because calories are all estimations
Redstonepro27
Exactly. For women the average is closer to 1800 and men 2500. The best way to get a more accurate estimate is to use an online "TDEE Calculator."
TDEE stands for total daily energy expenditure and the calculator will give you a decent estimate of your daily calorie needs. Use the number it calculates as a start point and adjust calorie intake as your weight changes.

If the serving says, "when baked according to instructions" I would assume the information is based on the finished product.
Either way it's just an estimate so do whatever you feel. If cutting take the weight frozen if bulking, take the cooked weight. Problem solved.
Redstonepro27
The FDA tried... Kinda

No experience with the sizing of the bomber, but I'm 6' 150lbs and usually a small fits perfectly. I'd suggest a xsmall especially if you prefer a slimer look
Redstonepro27
Yeah he's crazy shredded. I'm 6' and don't carry nearly as much mass, and didn't look even close to that lean when I was 140lbs

Drop by r/fitness and read the wiki for a digestible crash course on these 'rules'
Protein will almost never be stored as fat. Fat is usually stored as fat in a calorie surplus. However, if eating too much protein is putting you into a calorie surplus, then you will gain weight.
