This was the email response I got when I contacted them about the same thing:

Regarding the PS5 Stage Tour Game + Band Kit Bundle, the PlayStation 5 version is currently only offered with a Blu-ray disc in the box, with internet service required for the game download. It is not listed as a digital download code option for PS5, whereas the PC, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 bundles are listed as including digital game codes.
As official alternatives, you can wait for the standalone digital game pre-order, as digital pre-orders are announced as coming soon and the specific date will be shared shortly. You can also purchase the game digitally (once available) and buy the official hardware separately: the Stage Tour Kramer Wireless Guitar Controller ($109.99), Stage Tour Drum Kit ($199.99), Stage Tour Microphone (from $19.99), and accessories such as the Kick Pedal ($29.99) and Pro Cymbal Expansion Kit ($59.99). The bundle pages should be treated as physical-console bundle options only.
For launch, the game is scheduled for December 10, 2026. Digital pre-orders are not yet open and are only listed as coming soon, and there is no official PS5 digital bundle equivalent to the Stage Tour Game + Band Kit Bundle for disc-less PS5 consoles. Based on the current official information, there is unfortunately no way to receive the PS5 bundle itself as a digital code; the supported digital path is to purchase the standalone digital game when available and obtain the hardware separately.
