If you enjoy stardew valley type games, I’d give Welcome To Elderfield a shot. I was not a stardew valley type, but I’m enjoying it.

On work days, as long as I’m getting ready by 7:30, I’m good. My off days, I’ll definitely sleeping in like that too!

RegiusPython

I’m on my perfect sleep schedule. I sleep 9a-5pm. I sleep the American Dream away!

I did not take the ursodial before during or after. Instead I have been using Dr Bergs formula for TUDCA which, to put simply, is the homeopathic version of Ursodial.

It’s my go to!

So this sub is specifically for saving the gallbladder! You’re definitely in the right place and we won’t be the ones to tell you to remove it!

Here in the USA I went to Washington DC for this procedure via Medstar Washington Hospital with Dr. John Smirniotopoulos. I stayed overnight and flew back home 2 days later.
3-4 weeks of a drainage tube with care for the drain and drain sight with daily flushing and every other day bandage changes.
Once the tube was removed(thankfully I did not need to go back to DC, as he had a colleague where I live that was able to remove it via Cleveland Clinic), it’s been nothing but daisies and feeling fantastic almost two years later.
All of my follow ups have been virtual afterward and I am counting working with him through his study.

We also have put out maybe every 4ft around the entire property perimeter, the skunk repellent balls.

RegiusPython

The only thing that has worked for me, and my guy has been sprayed twice this year already, the skunks are so heavily populated in my area this year.

4 cups peroxide, 1/4 cup baking soda, 1 tbs dawn.
Do NOT get them wet first, apply the mixture to them and lather it in like you would shampoo. Let it sit for about 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly, repeat as necessary.

This breaks down the oils and neutralizing the stinky enzymes, where water spreads the oil.

This Could work, or possibly something similar as this only handles up to 3 displays.

I used Chanka Piedra before during and after my 6cm stone was removed. It helped a lot with the attacks and inflammation for me.

RegiusPython

As long as it’s under control! I’m extremely stubborn and there was no way I could go without my morning coffee, so I just found a creamer that worked for me, or drank black.

RegiusPython

I am a very avid coffee drinker.
Coffee does not negatively affect me, but the type of creamer I use does.

Prior to my procedure with Dr. S, I was using “Silk almond creamer” caramel.

After my procedure, Ive switched to caramel Chobani for the time being as the ingredients seem cleaner than most and it’s one of the only creamers that do not have oils in it(flavor depending).

This sub is about keeping the gallbladder, finding ways to resolve the issues and or symptoms to save the organ and help repair

I actively use both the salt regular and the salt small I don’t exactly feel the regular one as you’re describing, but I definitely do leak with the small so I only use the small for like the very beginning spotty days of my period and then towards the end of my period, kind of just the leftover stuff. I enjoyed the size of the salt regular but not the firmness so I ended up getting the CORA perfect fit and Cora soft, which to me are about the same size as the salt regular but significantly less firm, which has made a huge difference. I rarely use the salt regular now that I have those.

I had my procedure in November 2024 and unfortunately, I am one of the cases where stones did return. But you have to keep in mind that the gallstones are the result of something else, in my case, my gallbladder is not faulty and just creating stones. For me, there’s underlying issues with my liver and possible thyroid/hormonal issues that have gone undetected for years and without doing this procedure I would’ve never known that there were underlying issues creating the gallstones so that has allowed me to shift my focus into healing other parts of my body that I didn’t know needed attention.

The way that I think about it is if I were to remove my gallbladder a lot of the issues that I was experiencing and a few minor issues, I am currently experiencing, would still be occurring although the situation could be much worse because now that junk has nowhere to go. That’s where you run into your bile ducts, getting clogged a lot faster, and other issues down the line. I personally would much rather have gallstones in my gallbladder than have these stones continue to form and then completely block my bile ducts and then who knows what.

Apologies for formatting. I am utilizing mobile.

I work 9p to 7a and sleep 9a to 5pm. It’s chefs kiss

RegiusPython

What kinda dog do you have?
Cats definitely seem more likely to not wanna play with the stinky kitties

RegiusPython

These guys are fearless! Usually if they see people they wander off another direction.
Nahhhh they’ve turned my backyard into a little highway! My bub just wanted to play with new friends.

RegiusPython

Oh really! Thats pretty neat. I’ve not had issues with them since 2005ish. First year we’ve seen more than one in our neighborhood. Family of 6! Doggo sprayed twice in less than a week😮‍💨

RegiusPython

Enjoying a cig with this nice chill breeze outside while paranoid keeping an eye out for skunks, they are running rampant this year.
