I’m old and not in great shape but if someone was doing that to me, I would beat them down so hard. I absolutely cannot tolerate creepers and predators. They are not fixable and should be dumped on a desert island with the pedos.

I have a travel can of Lysol. I bet that would do the trick. Enough time to get away. Mace gel is good because it doesn’t blow back on you. See if you can find out if this guy has a record. I would go to the police station and ask them about what to do and if he is known. Did you talk to management? He probably has a big creeper history. Get extra locks. Be safe.

They are migrating a bit, I have noticed. Portland only has so many resources. If I were a neighboring jurisdiction, I’d be annoyed as hell with Portland. So much money, so much staff, so much effort, for what?

Libraries are attractive to the homeless because they can sit and read and have some peace? I’m down. But, the homeless have ruined the downtown Portland Central Library. It’s a ghost town now. They moved the bookstore to create a resource center for the homeless no one seems to staff and you can’t get a direct # for. Ineptitude in action. There are always drunk people in front, sometimes passed out. They need to move that resource center elsewhere. I was at the Beaverton library and there was an agitated guy who got more agitated and they bundled him out. I hope they stay on top of it and not let it turn into Central. It’s a beautiful library and it’s just dismal to go there.
