You should try to light up the caves near the farm. There is probably just too many mobs too close to the farm for any more to spawn.

Since there’s a ship a small port would make sense. Or even just some barrels laying around

I like what you did with the roof. It’s a design I haven’t seen before and it works.

You should mix some dead coral into the stone base. And a custom tree would like good too.
