I'm a CT fan, but he deserves some flak for coming to compete so out of shape. He basically came into the season expecting not to be thrown into elimination and be a burden to his team in the final. Every Challenge final has a heavy running/cardio component, he knows going in what that would mean for his team.

What's weird is that this season had a lot of unnecessary filler content and not much story, so it seemed like they had a hard time making six episodes.

People that are surprised by this haven't been paying attention.
