That's a good point, it's very important to talk about the average lifespan of 8 years for that debt. This spike from 3.6 to 5 is not the end of the world IF they take matters into their hands one way or another in the next few months. I think that's where some entity, could be the local government or something, takes care of managing some amount of homes for people who do want to rent. Afraid of corruption though.
