Venom throwing peter outside would just make him look like a dumbass for not just holding onto him and infecting him right then and there. But venom is already an idiot considering he leaves so that scream can fight peter instead of jumping him and winning in 5 seconds.

In marvels spider-man 1, shocker hits him so hard he gets sent flying into a bank vaults door, hits it so hard it gets ripped it off the vault and then he flies with it across the entire bank. Then he recovers before the door even makes it across the entire bank and makes a quip like nothing even happened.

But venom hitting him into a fridge (not even denting it) is supposed to stun him for 12 seconds while he watches his girlfriend get dragged across the floor?

Don't forget mods that revamp a characters look or add a new skin but the all the images they post only show 50 pixels of the actual skin or have such harsh lighting you can only see the silhouette (cough spiderman 2 cough)
