I take away privileges when my daughter doesn’t do her chores. For example, take away computer time if x, y, z doesn’t get done. Take phone by a certain time and can’t get it back until chores are done. Taking away privileges helps her stay on task. Written chore list on fridge so she see it everyday. If she gets things taken away, it was her choice to do so. She’ll be in a bad mood but she gets over it after she thinks about it. Good luck!

Go to HR. It’s harassment and she has to have a conversation with HR. If they don’t address it, call the hotline

TM here and I process salvage and CRC items as I zone and then I place them in their respected boxes behind guest services. I print the sticker, place it on the item and in the box it goes. If I’m zoning and find $0.00 price items, I price change them, tag it (if necessary) and throw it in its respective box. Do other stores not do that? It makes sense for TM’s to do it because we deal with reshop and zoning.

Always look busy. Fold, clean a thousand times but never, ever get on your phone or read a book. They don’t pay you to read a book. Rearrange the clothes by size, but always look busy

Two things should have been done. 1. Request time off in myTime app and if they scheduled you then you should have posted your shift. I know it’s in the past but you could have asked someone to cover your shift. Worst case, you could have let your mom know you got scheduled and have to go to work. You would be home as soon as you can and be with her. If she receive the worse news, that news would have been an on going situation and you could have changed your availability and been with your parent through their journey. Anyhoo, good luck 👍🏻

If you have a cleaning crew, they’re suppose to stock the soap and paper towels. I wouldn’t contribute for necessities. Ask your union rep

I’m a closing expert and have never done an OPU. I zone & pull n push only. Maybe on a rare occasion I work as a back up cashier for about 5 min. Our TL or FF will do an OPU.

I wear a red vest with a huge target 🎯 on my back, walkie, name tag and green razor. I think I look like I work there. lol! I was given a red shirt with Target trainer on the right chest & wear my name tag. I love my vest because it has pockets & I can take it off when I’m on break walking the store.

Maybe they do that so that the item doesn’t get flagged for lots of returns. I’ve seen that line when I’m trying to buy something and lots of people have returned it. If they give you a partial refund and there isn’t a return then that doesn’t get flagged at least that’s what I think it does not sure.

I’ve been picking up baskets of crap. They take IG pics and the leave the entire filled basket of crap on the floor, shelf, inside the tower of baskets. Ugh!!

It would take me about 45-1hr because I would zone the area and end up finding stocks of shit that don’t belong in the area. Orrrr finding the shelves are already full and need to take away items for back stock

Medication. It will take a few months to find the right dosage and give it time to adjust. My daughter had really big fits and found therapy and medication has helped her. She broke several eye glasses and items around the house. Not so much anymore.

I’ll have to take a look at the remodel floor plans. We’re getting groceries, meat and a Disney section. A TM told me she has to choose a section to transfer to because SFS will be gone by July
