Secret ending is the real ending, as it canonically DOES happen before the final fight and in that, we actually get what should’ve been the ending from the get go imo.

This is true, and this does heavily suggest Hugh survived, so Im happy about that. It’s just a shame that for now, the two are sadly separated and to me seems rather odd Diana is now alone on earth with realistically no one there for her until Hugh comes back. Pissed me off RE9 was missing it, now Pragmata? An arguably far more visually pleasing game? It’s a minor thing but really annoying they keep pushing it away from launch to announce it again later

I’m a sucker for guardian/child stories so even if it’s only just good or serviceable I’ll probably end up enjoying it more than others have.

THAT Venom didn’t even start with Spider-Man, he never got the logo on his chest, he never even met Peter Parker in person, and barely if EVER retained a hint of comic accuracy other than his banter with Eddie.

At least with this Venom it has connections to Peter, STARTS WITH HIM AND NOT SYMBIOTE BS SONY MADE UP FOR NO REASON, and actually has the design we all know and love.

They might have if RE7 was a failure, but this new trilogy has been such a success and bringing further to life the remakes I don’t see why they’d end the series. It’d be a damn shame, the newer games are all fantastic so killing off that momentum would be unnecessary.

I do see maybe the numbers ending in the title, so for REX we’d get: Resident Evil EXile or something like that, blend the name with the number.

The remakes are also 100% going to continue so maybe they’ll spin off that and create the new timeline

Considering most of the sub hates the new trilogy, I’m gonna stick up for 7 here. It’s by far the game that limits what you can do the most whilst still requiring you to have to find ways to kill.

RE2R I think is much scarier, the ambience legitimately makes me too afraid to play it more often, but 7 as a survival horror nailed it on the head. Yes the final third of the game dragged on, but it was very much horror/survival even if they went way too far in that direction (cough Mia moving slow as molasses and spamming mold at you cough)

After replaying 5 with a friend, I genuinely have no idea how they’d remake it. I think they will, but I know damn well they’re gonna cut a LOT of specific scenes that’ll make it less faithful and more ‘safe’, kinda like a lot of modern RE if I’m being honest.

6 if they remake that game, would be a new game entirely. You cannot faithfully remake that one and I think Capcom knows this, which is why it seems to be leaked they’re saving RE6 remake for last.

Goku already has god ki. It’s never stated by Whis, or Beerus, or the Grand Priest for that matter that in itself UI requires God Ki. Vegeta says “AND”, as if to also say that on top of using UI his energy can only be sensed by gods.

Plus even then, there’s a panel in the manga during the ToP where I believe Beerus or someone on the stands thinks MASTER ROSHI is using UI against Jiren, which would confirm that it indeed does not require God Ki because they’d know it by sensing him.
