This happened to me a few years back. Senior exec got some flak for bar management and sometime had to take a fall. That was me - got offered a settlement. Just under 50% of my salary, plus bonus, holiday pay etc if I left that day. Otherwise they would make me redundant, work my 3 month notice and get statutory. I got a solicitor involved - immediately got the offer multiplied by 1.5x and made them pay for outplacement services - which helped me define my career, apply for jobs and get working again within 6 weeks.

Spurs have also had an element like that.

Someone was trying to sell those 'on the charge with Farage' stickers on X last year. Had a lot of threats made against him by West Ham fans. We do have our share of idiots following us, but we also have a lot of fans who are proud of our heritage in fighting against racism.
