COM, now that's a word that I haven't heard in a long time. Gawd, I'm old.

RobotechRicky

I plan on doing something similar for my custom Corne-ish split ergo keyboard.

RobotechRicky

Fuuuuuuu. This week and next week will be squashing vulnerabilities.

RobotechRicky

I, too, have a problem.

RobotechRicky

Of course. Let the AI agent do the coding.

Number 1. I will die on this hill.

RobotechRicky

Yes. Easy answer.

RobotechRicky

Don't tempt me with a good time!

RobotechRicky

Was?

RobotechRicky

I will look into it and see if it makes sense.

RobotechRicky

Try the portable version now, and other enhancements.

Save some coochie for the rest of us!

RobotechRicky

I'm glad that I'm not alone in saving boxes!

Question: You said that you want a portable version, but for what platform? Windows?

The Tauri installer for Windows ensures that the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime is installed. A Windows portable zip file will just have the executable program and does not install the webview runtime.

We all have created one, even myself. I'm not satisfied enough to release it.

I guess I'll just throw in my own AI-slop onto the pile. I call is CompareCraft that I just published about 2 hours ago, inspired by Beyond Compare.

RobotechRicky

Well, I'll try.

RobotechRicky

Because we are cheap bastards. And I'm going to bundle this with another application that I'm building. I figured that I would just ride the *Craft bandwagon.

RobotechRicky

Thank you for the feedback! This is invaluable!

My his coke forever have carbonation and never goes flat.

RobotechRicky

I think someone already demonstrated a Proof-of-concept for this in this subreddit a few weeks ago.

It's in my guest room closet. It WAS the home office room, but we swapped rooms but not the closest. Why? Because I ran ethernet cables from around the house to this closet. I would change things if I could re-do it.
