It sounds like you want to sleep well at night. Pay off all your debts so that you do not have to sell anything. Also work on building up your cash reserve. Find peace with God and you will be content with all you have.

Agreed, I have been using Google products instead of Microsoft products for many years now and saved a lot of money because most of them are free.

Agreed, Bloomberg magazine had Dollar General on its monthly magazine cover a few years back with a caption something like who would dare to work here? The employees are overworked and not enough help to keep the aisles clear of incoming stock. They cited some safety violations as well.

Thank you for culling them! We have trumpeter Swans that tried to nest in York County PA. There were 4 mute swans in the vicinity this winter. I would like to encourage one of the land owners to shoot the Mutes to reduce any pressure on the trumpeters this breeding season. The TRSW tried to nest in 2024 and the Canada geese took over the newly built nests as soon as the swans left the area. There were 2 TRSW adults and two cygnets around last fall so as the adults get more experienced they should start becoming successful this year.

I have about 50 matchbooks from the 19sixties.most if not all have never then used.most are from Eastern Pennsylvania but many are from hotels and restaurants that. My aunt and Uncle stopped at in their travels. Perhaps I should take them to the nearest antique store. And see if they want them.

There were some stocks with some good prices to be purchased early in the day but at the end the buyers swept in and lifted prices. There seems to be a lot of money on the sidelines preventing prices from going too low.
Just got my three packs of 50 arbor Day seedlings of redbud, dogwood and blackhaw viburnum to be planted on several acres of woodland and hundreds of feet of wood's edging. The planting instructions appear adequate but there are many other questions left unanswered for a large scale project like this.
How long should I soak the seedlings before planting them? How can I protect them from predators in an economical way? What tips do I need to ensure their greatest success? How do I prepare the ground for 150 plants efficiently? What is a quick way to mark the location of the plants in order to come back and water them?
