This is great! Any tricks to animating pencil drawings you want to share?

Why are there 15 comments and no upvotes? Crazy. This is good work. Original. Looking forward to the next one.

The thing with the training video, it needs to come across as authentic. If you end up making AI slop, no one watching the video will take it seriously. If you really want to make it yourself, my suggestion would be to do a cartoon version as it's easier to hide poor character acting.
And again my advice is to just ask Claude. Claude can take you through every step of the process. Claude can even do it for you through an mCP or API.
RookeryFilms
I can tell you the unlimited wan 3.0 can take 2 to 3 hours to generate one clip on higgsfield. It can also take ten minutes.
RookeryFilms
If you actually want to make a training video that actually trains people I'd recommend get someone who knows what they're doing. It would be like a videographer making a sales training video knowing nothing about sales. Not likely to get a result that actually trains anyone.
Just ask Claude to run you through it step by step.

Very impressive!

[A GOOD NIGHT · troy-left-shoulder-to-cleo · PROMPT v01]
One unbroken ten-second shot OVER THE MAN'S LEFT SHOULDER. Camera half a metre behind and slightly LEFT of him at shoulder height. His left shoulder and back of head anchor the RIGHT foreground, softly blurred; look past his left ear toward the dancing woman ahead. Follow his straight path, keeping this view throughout. Fixed vintage anamorphic 47° (50mm), gentle squeeze, oval bokeh, soft edges. Heavy shoulder-mounted weight, breath and 6–12° swinging cant. No zoom, orbit, cut or rise. Focus stays on her as the distance closes.
@image1 dancing woman: face and bun hairstyle. @image2 dancing woman: current outfit front LEFT, rear RIGHT. @image3 walking man: current outfit front LEFT, rear CENTRE, face RIGHT. @image4 nearby woman: face and dark shag. @image5 nearby woman: off-white singlet and burgundy shorts, all views. @image6 LEFT warehouse: geography, materials and light direction only; RIGHT COLOUR PALETTE ONLY. Never reproduce card, swatches or text. @image7 extra 1: face, outfit. @image8 extra 2: face, outfit. @image9 extra 3: face, outfit. @image10 extra 4: face, outfit. @image11 extra 5: face, outfit. @image12 extra 6: face, outfit. @image13 extra 7: face, outfit. @image14 extra 8: face, outfit. @image15 extra 9: face, outfit. @image16 extra 10: face, outfit. @image17 extra 11: face, outfit. @image18 extra 20: face, outfit. @image19 extra 21: face, outfit. @image20 extra 22: face, outfit. @image21 extra 23: face, outfit. @image22 extra 24: rear outfit only. @image23 extra 25: rear outfit only. @image24 extra 26: face, outfit. @image25 extra 27: face, outfit. @image26 extra 28: rear outfit only. @image27 extras 12 LEFT / 13 RIGHT: rear outfits. @image28 extras 14 LEFT / 15 RIGHT: rear outfits. @image29 extras 16 LEFT / 17 RIGHT: rear outfits. @image30 extras 18 LEFT / 19 RIGHT: rear outfits.
The man advances straight toward her from several metres away, pushing between tightly overlapping dancers. Forearms and open hands press briefly against upper arms and shoulders; his shoulders turn to fit narrow gaps, steps taking real weight. Dancers shift, regain balance and keep dancing, closing behind him. His overall path stays straight, never zigzagging. He reaches her only at the END of ten seconds and stops an arm's length away. Finish with her clearly visible centre-left beyond his shoulder, still dancing; no dialogue or new interaction.
She dances continuously: springing knees, low heel-and-toe adjustments, smooth weight shifts and rolling hips side to side. One hip settles as the opposite knee bends; torso counter-twists and shoulders follow with a relaxed delay. One bent hand gestures loosely beside her head while the other arm swings near her hip; arms change shape independently. Eyes closed, lips relaxed, absorbed in the rhythm. Natural variation, no counted dance cues, stamping, high knee lifts, side-on turn or leg kick.
Packed shoulder to shoulder, dancers brush him and lens edges; passing arms and torsos briefly occlude the view. No cleared corridor, empty floor or parting crowd. Energetic 144 BPM dancing: springy knees, quick compact steps, bouncing shoulders, swinging hips, many hands overhead with moving elbows, wrists and fists. Independent phases, no shared choreography or frozen spectators. All 28 extras recur once among varied adults, more men than women, no clones. Mixed fronts, profiles and backs; rear-only faces stay hidden. The off-white-singlet woman dances nearby behind the main woman, independently. Nobody looks into the lens or blows a whistle.
French Academic Salon: peach #F2D6C4, dusty rose #D8A58E, burnt umber #8A4A2A, blush #E9CFC9, ivory #E6DCCD, off-white #EEF0EA, grey sage #B7C2BE, teal #5E9E9A, deep teal #24504F, warm charcoal #3A3530. Mural accents: vermilion #D9452B, old gold #C49A3A linework. Restrained, photographic colour. Current outfits stay identical to @image2 and @image3.
Pitch black: 90% warm charcoal toward black / 7% narrow teal and burnt-umber pools / 3% ivory strobe and vermilion mural. People vanish between flashes; fixed low exposure, no ambient fill or automatic gain. Reverse warehouse: burnt umber LEFT, teal RIGHT, glowing vermilion sun mural RIGHT, rusted columns, wet concrete and dark roof. Half-open loading doors ahead have a faint warm streetlight reflection. Hard ivory strobe fires from the speaker wall BEHIND the camera in irregular double and triple snaps, no fades. The man stays shadowed, edges caught briefly in flashes. Bodies move continuously; the stepped look comes from the strobe lighting, never from broken footage; camera motion stays smooth. No lasers, magenta, primary red or blue lamps, bright ceiling or light beams.
Photorealistic tungsten-balanced colour-negative film pushed for night. Heavy fine grain, strongest in shadows; low overall contrast, deep textured blacks, soft highlight roll-off, natural point-light halation, bloom and faint horizontal streak. Real 24 fps, true 180-degree shutter, natural blur, no interpolation. Matte true skin, pores and peach fuzz, warm under warm light, no blemishes or plastic sheen. Contact shadows and real bodyweight; clothes and hair lag movement, no sliding or floating.
Depth: near shoulder and passing bodies, dancing woman, dense crowd, columns and loading doors. Continuous depth softening, constant air density; no fog banks, particles or light cones. Audio: footfalls, cloth and breathing only; no spoken words, music, score, singing or humming. Music added in edit. No captions, overlays or watermarks.
Locks: close left-shoulder follow; straight progress through real crowd contact; arrival only at the end; her continuous hip-and-knee groove; independent 144 BPM crowd energy; same identities and identical current outfits; fixed geography, light directions, colour and air; true matte skin; no CGI, AI smoothing, frozen posing, stabilised glide or frame interpolation.
