Possible reason was a missdialed code (7500 instead of I guess 7600 since nobody was able to contact them via radio), maybe the same happened in this case.

First time in here? Its usually the same - "Germany is bad", if one points out that other european countries did something alike before/at the same time/after, then its either not true, because they are poor and of course didn´t have any other choice, or just because they didn´t know any better. /s

Top it off with some comments sprinkled in about different topics like "lol, green party bad, german energy expensive haha" or "why u not deliver enough to Ukraine?" or some helmet joke.

Das ist mir durchaus bewusst, wollte nur auf den Unterschied zwischen "Fesseln in Bauchlage" und "Fixieren" hinweisen.

Ob die Person hier nur kurzzeitig in Bauchlage war oder wie in anderen Fällen auch mal einfach liegen gelassen wurde (meiner Kenntnis nach eben genau das, was auch lt. den von dir angesprochenen Ausbildungsinhalten maximal beschränkt sein bzw. vermieden werden soll) geht aus dem Artikel und anderen zu dem Fall ja nicht hervor.

Zusätzlich wie überall im Leben: Nur weil es 1000 Mal gelehrt wird heißt es nicht, dass es nicht im Einzelfall immer wieder Mal "schwarze Schafe" gibt, die wahlweise keinen Bock haben das gelernte anzuwenden, es im Eifer des Gefechts vergessen, etc. (nicht auf die Polizeien allein beschränkt).

EDIT: Als Beispiel hierzu würde ich den Fall Ibrahima Barry in Erinnerung rufen wollen (da wird dann auch direkt mit ein Beispiel angebracht das zeigt, dass Hog tie durchaus Anwendung findet, obwohl eigentlich kein zulässiges Mittel meiner Kenntnis nach).

Ein systematisches, die gesamten deutschen Polizeikräfte betreffendes und viel verbreitetes Problem würde ich hier aber auch nicht herbeikonstruieren wollen, ansonsten hätten wir hier bei diesem und anderen Themen amerikanische Verhältnisse. Umgekehrt brauch ich ohne ein Bild der vollen Umstände/Faktenlage auch nicht pauschal von einem tragischen Unfall sprechen.
