Sex happens and should happen. We want to have sex. The feeling of guilt around having sex is repression. When you mature and your body receives hormones, it wants to have sex. That's just how it is.

What a person really needs to learn is how to responsibly have sex, both in a physical sense, but also in an emotional sense. They need to understand that they are worth more than sex and that other people around them are worth more than sex. They need to understand consent. Not as much as you would think. Even if he knows it's wrong, in concept, he has no idea or context for why ytou might think that is annoying as shit (It is really fucking annoying). He also has almost literally zero impulse control, at this age. So all he really sees is an angry, overstimulated parent (I am there brother, I get it) overreacting to water on the floor. Show them patience and they will learn patience. Easier said that done.

Something that helped me, especially when we are talking two and three year olds, is that there is like literally no reason to be strict. Their brains are mush. They haven't even begun to develop any sense of impulse control. You cannot be on their level and getting on their level makes you ridiculous.
