I can’t hear games either, and I don’t have another headset or controller to test. I’m going to try getting a new headset today 1st since that’s cheaper to replace.

Hopefully it’s the headset & not the controller’s port 😭

I’m really hoping someone can help, I can’t find support for my specific issue anywhere 😭

My setup had been working fine for months until today. I was watching crunchyroll when the audio on my headset began to get choppy & go in and out, and eventually out completely. It seems the mic still picks up feedback/sound, but I can’t hear anything through the headset anymore.

I closed & reopened Crunchyroll, I checked the audio input/output settings for error, checked the volume dials on the controller & the headset itself, I hard-reset my ps5(cleared cache & rebuilt database) unplugged & re-plugged the headset, nothing is working

I plugged in the microphone dongle that came with the controller & tested the levels, and through the tv I could hear nothing but choppy static coming from it.

Does this mean the jack port itself in the controller is broken somehow?

For reference, my controller is the Nacon Revolution 5 pro, and my headset is the Razer V2 x PlayStation wired headset.

I fucking felt this so deeply….I DESPISE this weather…

Your best bet is praying that another company does it better. After the way that R* & T2 just wiped their asses with us & left us there, I’m not trusting them with anything anymore. Hopefully a company that’ll actually support the game & cares about the longevity of it makes a much better online Western

I think he knows a lil too much….

He’s sick. His mental health was completely neglected by both parents, and Endeavor’s shitty communication and all-around bad parenting essentially brought him to where he is.

Yes he’s a horrible person as he is now, but it could’ve easily been avoided if his parents just literally talked to him properly and addressed his issues.

People who write him off as just evil don’t understand his character, or rather they just don’t understand how serious mental health issues are.

Anime really highlights these things well, and also show how often these things are neglected and ignored. It’s a huge issue in society.
