To be honest, I can't imagine what level of cunt you have to be to be wealthy enough to own extra properties that you rent out, which are probably appreciating assets, and forcing young and powerless students to keep paying for those assets without any use of them during a pandemic that's already fucking their education. These people are not poor, and in almost every case they do not need that extra rent income, they are just parasitic cunts.
