I saw a post about it on Facebook

A few people asked about the day, so I made a short video about it: the talk, the screening and meeting Joann. Includes the bit about Europeans eating mummies as medicine, which I still can’t get over. https://youtu.be/6A80xbYwIcM?si=UCrkkiAZujeLZb6y

Thank you.

Steiner wasn’t even in this video, Dude! 😂 I discussed Hall, Schwaller and Campbell. I’m studying Egyptology at university, and I’m happy to examine these authors critically. Reading someone means I can assess individual ideas, including their prejudices. You’ve made specific allegations about Schwaller, so give me the sources and I’ll check them. You can also explain how those beliefs affect the symbolic readings I actually discussed. My skin tone has had plenty of airtime in your replies already.

RyansKnowledgeRoom

You’ve brought my skin tone, cotton fields and aliens into a discussion about symbolism 😂 That’s quite a journey. Show me where Schwaller says he’d have called me a savage. A book title and page number will do.

RyansKnowledgeRoom

My video explores how these writers interpret images, with their ideas attributed to them. The claims about advanced technology and outside help you’ve raised need a specific passage or timestamp connecting them to what I actually said. Share one and we can discuss its accuracy directly.

RyansKnowledgeRoom

I’m discussing their philosophical readings of symbolism, and I name the authors so people can examine those readings for themselves. Academic work on symbolism is relevant too, so I’d welcome a reference you recommend. Which specific interpretation in the video conflicts with the evidence?
