Unter was wearing "that" red hat again and wouldn't stop ranting on stream during the Korean games earlier so X had to cut off the brand risk.
SBFms
A good example of this is after the Season 9 patch teams were scrimming on Lucio Zen Ball comps before they realized it was actually a poor comp.
Zen lost 25 HP and had his boop nerfed by 25%. That isn't a phantom meta that's blizzard dumpstering zen in a hotfix.

It definitely factors rank quite a lot. I get instant queues on tank and DPS but it still takes me 5-6 minutes for a support game.
SBFms
With the new hero release schedule they are forcing, designers do not have time to experiment and rethink things when they do not work out.
You say this but the old hero release schedule gave us Weaver.
SBFms
This is super not controversial.
If you want potentially controversial: make rank verification required to talk here.
SBFms
Every cass I see in my games picks it regardless. FtH is not very strong.

TF2 isn't a fair example here - Valve gave literally 0 shit about balancing. Overwatch gets more balance changes in 3 months than TF2 did for the entirety of it's peak lifespan.

Because the pattern fills in for 12 pellets but her gun only has 10

Could be a PC only issue, as the game is listed as only 'partial controller support' and I played with an Xbox controller anyway. Or the issue was triggered by my specific dialogue?
In any case this was the only bug of this kind in my entire first playthrough.
SBFms
Figured it out. It's bugged on controller.
SBFms
There is 3(+1) interactable things in the room. Two filing cabinets and a control panel.
Both filing cabinets are exhausted of dialogue.
Control panel says I don't need it anymore, I assume because I passed all the checks.
When I press Y there is a third cabinet marked but it is off slightly in the ceiling and it cannot be interacted with. Is there somewhere specific in the room I have to stand to interact with it? Is it just bugged?
SBFms
I only found two on the main staircase (H's and the one with the files). Where is the third?
unless you're including the door.

Seriously tho, I did hard self improvement constant vod reviews scrims, even a bit of coaching, etc for a few years. Got from gold when I started to high masters, scrimming at GM level, and stayed there long enough to convince myself that it is probably my actual, real peak.
If I was capable of being a champ player on a physical level, I would have got there.
I didn’t give up because of this, I just had my life move on and couldn’t justify putting 4h a day into a game anymore, but I’m certain that as a person I just cap out at M2. (And maybe that would be GM now that champ is accessible and emerald exists, but I don’t think it would change my percentile).
My reaction speed is mediocre, my wrists are overused from guitar and work and have never had the greatest aim even with 3 years of daily training, and I’ve never been naturally talented at videogames. Hard work and good attitude can get you from the bottom 50% of the player base up to the top 1%, but it doesn’t guarantee you will ever be a champ 1 player.

What is moral and what isn't is not the same as war assets. The war assets aren't higher because Wreav is better, its higher because thats the way to acquire salarian help on the crucible and they have, slightly better scientists than the Krogan.
(but also lots of war assets counts make 0 sense so I'm very hestitant to use that as a valid point in plot discussions).

Yeah and wrex dying was a way to get people to play ME1 or buy the comic DLC so that they didn’t have to deal with the all round terrible decisions of default Shepard. Default Shepard has always been an idiot.
But saying he isn’t important is crazy talk. Look at how different the entire krogan situation turns out if you let his moron brother stay in charge. The entirety of ME3 (and his limited appearances in ME2) emphasize constantly how much of a unique leader and thinker he is among his people, and how he is the best chance to change Krogan for the better.
If you kill him, then the game strongly suggests to you at every turn that curing the genophage is wrong. Even fucking Mordin can be convinced to leave the genophage in place if you kill Wrex. He makes a difference to the arguably smartest person in the series.

I think people have a point, to a degree.
When a big factory comes to your town it belches polution but it provides a living (in the past lol) to the families in the town. It's an implicit social contract.
With a data centre there are no jobs. it is a big fuckoff building that eats power, drives up the price of land and more importantly construction (aka down the supply of housing), and at the end of the day may as well be in Africa.
Now yeah, just kicking it to the other side of the world with no concern for the consequences is stupid, but I don't think its entirely propoganda to see that as a shit deal. You're correct the answer is to regulate the data centres to make them less shit, but the US is allergic to effective regulations (and some would argue the EU is addicted to stiffling ones).
Answer to propoganda is to offer people an alternative, not to ignore it.
SBFms
This is most of modern technology. It is green, safe, and efficient for the people consuming it while drowning the people making it in toxic metal.
Waiting for the CEOs to realize they can buy dirt cheap land in Africa with mercenaries to protect it and build their data centres there, use the dirtiest fuel to run them with no regulations, and serve the American market with the compute. It's the logical lizard response to American public hostility to data centres.
SBFms
So you’re saying they were correct?
SBFms
And that’s fine because they have 0 power outside of their persuasive ability.
I am fine with politicians rewarding their friends with a platform to speak from, if that platform does not come with any power in of itself. If a senator is a clown, people don’t listen to them, and they may as well not exist.
If the senate could block a commons law, it would be a major problem, but with our current system it is essentially just giving some of your supports a forum to comment on legislation.

Every medic gun encourages you to pocket a single target during uber, that’s why flashing uber has an accelerated decharge rate.
But no, absolutely not. If you’re pocketing a friend to pub stomp, he can already get the kills just fine on his own. He needs invuln to let him kill sentries and walk with impunity.

I have an alt for practicing characters and lo, it is M5 while I’m currently M4 and M2 peak.
If you’re actually using it for that purpose, you really will not be that much lower rank. Your gamesense and aim transfer across heroes easily. My alt is a bap / Illari two trick and I’m shit at hitscan but that doesn’t matter nearly as much as every other part of the game.
If I was against gold players my aim wouldn’t be bad because they walk in straight lines, and I could probably get a 50%+ winrate without firing at enemies on bap. That isn’t learning, it’s smurfing. I don’t get better at Bap by shooting people who walk in straight lines, I get better at Bap by trying to push myself to shoot diamond and low masters players.
People who say “oh my wrecking ball account is in gold” aren’t actually gold on wrecking ball, and they aren’t actually practicing wrecking ball, they just want to feel like they can already play wrecking ball so they Smurf the hero. It’s an attempt to get the ego of having learned without the effort of actually learning.
SBFms
Yes. That’s exactly the same idea as Dota battle cup and exactly what I want a version of here.
SBFms
Yeah and you’re honestly the first person I’ve ever seen say “Krits is bad because it encourages pocketing”.
Just remove the DR. Doesn't need DR on movement ability.
