But it does not need to be for the practical purpose of the lottery

Is this question specifically to those who leave after a few years or also for those who stay longer

The US is notorious for its violent crime compared to Luxembourg. Its a bad decision to live there. You've already made that bad decision so...
Or, realise that most people don't generally choose what country to live in. Criminals can and do also travel in groups in the USA.
SLR_ZA
They would use a seed based on actual random numbers, a well deaigned RNG would not favour certain numbers to the point of any practical difference for this task.
SLR_ZA
What does 'effective' mean? Bullpup is not really a family as they operate differently, and I think they are not particularly fun compared to an MP5 style roller delayed blowback
SLR_ZA
The chance of it being six consecutive numbers is exactly the same chance of it being any six numbers.
The numbers dont know they are consecutive it cant affect their chances of being drawn
SLR_ZA
Why would they present the number that is shown the least? The prize is the same amount regardless of how many split it. If its not won, the prize runs forward. They don't need people not to win to make their money the profit is already built into the game because the prize is based on previous ticket purchases.
I think you should brush up on your stats...what is a 'variety' of numbers?
SLR_ZA
What 'should' random numbers look like?

Its digital now anyways

"Don’t purposefully begin your gunfight with a broken gun. You will have the rest of your life to fix it.
This one is out of Durban, South Africa and has been sent to me about eleventy times.
In pic 1, multiple armed men stop in the road in front of a dad and his daughter as they leave their family compound. They jump out and initiate an armed carjacking. In pic 2, dad reaches strong side for his concealed carry firearm. In pic 3, dad tries to engage the carjackers but his firearm does not have a round in the chamber. I have no information about whether that was accidental or if he routinely carries chamber empty, but he tries to shoot so my guess would be that he forgot to chamber his gun upon donning it. This leads to the carjackers getting the first shots off. In pic 4 he gets the gun loaded and a shot off, but chambering a round has made his grip all kinds of janky and he induces another malfunction in his gun via fouling the slide as it reciprocates. In pic 5 he clears the malfunction by canting the gun towards his support hand and running the action hard. Note that he did not tap the base plate of the magazine first. In pic 6 he goes back to work and ends up firing a total of 15 rounds at the carjackers. One carjacker took the asphalt temperature challenge and the others are being sought by the police as they jumped back in the (likely stolen) car and drove away. The defender and his family were unharmed and his truck had several bullet holes in it from the carjackers firing at him.
Lessons: 1. Carry your gun everywhere you possibly can. He wasn’t planning on going into harm’s way, but harm came his way unavoidably. As Tom Givens is famous for saying the bad guy gets to set the time and place of the attack and he’s only going to tell you about it at the last minute. Failure to carry would have led to all sorts of negative outcomes here, so I am incredibly thankful he had the foresight to carry. Carry your gun.
Carry chamber full. Whether you unchamber your firearm when you take it off or not (I prefer to take gun and holster off together and put it in a quick access safe where it continues to act as a home defense gun), make sure that a chamber check is part of your “put your gun on” preflight.
Chamber empty carry causes more problems in gunfights than I can shake a stick at. It causes you to be slow (about a full second here which is eternity in a gunfight). It causes a bad grip as you chamber in a hurry and that can cause additional malfunctions as it did here.
This is another instance where deleting the tap on the baseplate saved the defender time and worked. I don’t see it not working in real gunfights almost ever (I can think of ONE instance and that didn’t affect the outcome), and since it works reliably and saves time I think that is what firearms instructors should focus on teaching. I know I hear from old school folks who dispute me on this, and that’s fine. I am just reporting what I see in real life caught on camera again and again and again and again, from private citizens and cops alike. Deleting the tap works 99.999% of the time. And “five nines reliability” is acceptable as an always taught TTP. Check your magazine being firmly seated with push-pull as part of your “put your gun on” preflight and only use high quality magazines with factory springs.
As a private citizen you have whatever gun you bring to the gunfight. As Chuck Pressburg has said, every gunfight is Open Division. This defender brought a gun with at least 15 capacity and he needed all of it. I continue not to see reloads used by private citizens but as here, more than 10 happens with some regularity. Carry the highest capacity firearm you reasonably can. Err on the side of more if you can conceal it well. The only time you have too much ammo on you is if you're drowning or on fire.
I am grateful that this defender won the day and protected himself and his loved ones from criminal violence.
Full video with additional lessons learned will be in the ASP Unlimited app before too long."

Why are you handling lab equipment and cleaning lab space without gloves?

Mate thats not how any of this works. You can be investigated, a case can be opened, but the prosecutor has to actually decide to prosecute or not. Saps have to open an investigation due to the unnatural death and them investigation is not an accusation.
To go to prison you need to be charged, prosecuted and convicted, not accused.

No they are not.

You did not ask what you can expect to pay, you asked if you'd likely be approved for finance.
You also did not present two options, you said you were originally considering the cheaper, but decided that you'd get a lot more use out of a larger bike.

You have a yearly CGT exclusion of R40k, and above that the absolute max you will owe is 18% of profit.

They could have under withheld , but the tax is still your bill to pay.
It would depend what your experience is in.
If you have experience as a specialist engineer - the best return would not be the same place as experience in hospitality or farming or underwater construction inspection.
