Disgusting floor tiles. Spend money on sofas. Add a settee and remove that damn bedsheet from the headboard. Go for a thick king mattress instead of two single mattresses. Add a lot of pillows. Get rid of that stool and get a real, tall bedside table. Get longer curtains that end an inch above the floor. Don’t layer sheer curtains like that - use a second rod. Good lamps and wall decor but play around with the layout.
Oh and ditch the grommet curtains, go for fabric loops those look chic.

Cab is what I usually use. Bus is better overnight, but since it's an afternoon flight, i suggest a cab. You'll have to leave at 7 am to reach by 12ish and then you get 3 hours at the airport if it's an international flight.
