Yeah im kinda leaning same way I really appreciate the info I don't want to be sued so scarred I know I owe and want to make it right but don't have lot to spare

Your recommendation would be to workout a payment plan with them? Or ignore them? I have not gotten a lawsuit yet but that's what I'm most afraid of I don't want to be sued or go to court I rather do a payment plan with portfolio (collection agency) or ignore it if that better choice since it seems to be removed

I have not communicated with them correct. I recieved letters and phone calls here and there but never had any back and forward communication

I didn't download just viewed them. And the orgianl debtor well over a year prob 2 and portfolio I've never made contact with them they just been calling and recieved a couple letters 1 saying they bought thr debt and others were like ad pamphlets saying they are there to help, payments etc etc

Thank you for your help im just torn I went to the annual credit website recommend in another comment and dell is completely gone in all reports and I do show an account review inquiry by portfolio recovery on 3/26/23 so don't know what that means. I'm just terrified of being sued and court and don't want it to come to that. So don't know if I should just go with payment plan but if it's gone and they can't actually take me to court I don't know if I should just let it go im so torn but I do appreciate all the help you have given thank you

So first delinquency is first time I ever went delinquent even if I caught back up? Or when I when delinquent and never paid

I dont have money to pay whole thing or even half in a lump settlement but would be able to do a small payment plan but your saying that be too risky to do?

I dont know when I was first 30 days past due. I was 30 days past due 1 time before and went to collections and did a payment plan through Dell where they automatically took a payment and that randomly stopped amd I didn't realize and got backed up and covid hit and couldn't pay and thay when it really went downhill. Then I got notification January of this year they sold the debt. Was getting calls and letters from portfolio and ignored (was given advice to do so) then 2/28/23 got email from experian and credit karma that a charged off account has fallen off my credit which was dell and now as of today 4/15/23 still gone and nothing new from portfolio but I still get calls and letters from saying to contact them to do payment plan or settle and was doing some reading online that they sue and now I'm scared and not sure if that's what is happening but never got letter or anything warning of that. And should just call to make lowest payment plan I can or if since it fell off I just ignore

Ok so calling to try and do a payment plan won't help better to just keep ignoring?

Yeah I'd only be able to make small payments on like a payment plan. And yeah if it is gone since it dropped from report and credit score went up would portfolio still be calling me everyday? Hopefully it is gone like you said and I'll let it lay

The 7900 xtx at 4k delivers an amazing crisp picture. 4080 did Ana amazing job as well with 4080 I did notice that it didn't look quite as sharp as the 7900 xtx in some games. But others that seemed better optimized for nividia (cyberpunk) that issue went away

now just need to find me a nzxt white vertical mount haha
