Because prople live echo chambers (this in its self is one) a place for prople to validate your opinions, that works to mske money too.

You opinion is "i hate cats, they are evil" them on YouTube the videos "10 reason cats are evil' ect helps you feel like opinion is validated

Its why theres as many "mcu sucks" as "i love mcu" videos lol

The same applies to political and dark opinions more so dark opinions as they are self aware enough to know they can't say it publicly but they think thats because the public is wrong and these videos help validate it

I csn agree with that as when I said at work "im seeing supergirl at weekend," opening week i was met with "they've made a supergirl movie?"

I didnt say the writer was bad in said the writing was bad like making Ruthye Marye younger and giving making her annoying.

I enjoyed the movie i acknowledge its flaws and the multiple misunderstandings I only mentioned ending as you said it "lying" and there she admits she changed stuff

Its a solid 7/10 ill watch again it but it definitely has flaws across script and in a couple of other areas.

I have no idea why your so set the writer was flawless and all issues with the script she wrote must be other people.

The ending is completely opposite to comic like it misunderstands it , assuming you watched it you know.

And no hes wrong too as he didnt care as not read it.

So you have director who dosent care and a writer who misunderstood it. Bad combo

She admits she made changes from comic including the ending here but if you know a source thats not lying about her like she herself was thats cool

It was marketed wrong so many i know saw trailer thought minions like kid movie and skipped but its not that its really good

No im saying its insulting to pat themselves onnthe back and say "we have a gay chatacter" in press for points then in film they hsve 1 scene and just say hello or something , or when they hint at it but can claim just friends if people react badly.

Don't exploit us for money.

No i mean likey when they say "we have a gay character" and its like 1 scene of dialogue that never says anything , no kiss , no romance nothing. It feels like they are just claiming it gor brownie points. Aka exploiting it
