Okay that's valid, I guess it wouldn't really matter all too much since like you said whenever I hear about a game having no players I tend to think its not worth yknow.

I see what u mean, but it was less of a me being interested and more of a 'don't want to waste my money' which (thanks to the replies) im now seeing doesn't really work in this situation.

As you can tell basically entirely new to fighting games only been playing for around 40 hours now so mb if I'm not using terminology correctly.

First of thank you so much for taking the time to write all this incredibly useful. now looking back with this I can see what you mean I do have a bad habit of backdashing and not using cards at all.

When it comes to combo's not only did i hear that it wasn't the most important thing to focus on whenever I get into blockstrings I can never open them up unless I have meter, perhaps I'm being too obvious with what Im doing which is probably the reason why I drop a lot of the time.

Also when it comes to Oki do you know where I can find some useful videos or guides that you recommend or is it a case of doing what works mid match?
