you can do much of this for free in a homestay in a remote village, so I'd pay the same as I pay to stay at their home only. which is like 700 rs a day?

Q: how accessible would be the village you are considering?

1. homestay owner's behaviour if I can judge by the reviews

2. i've stayed in both a small 2 room home and homestays with washrooms, and I am all for modern amenities. at least a washroom attached to the house

sometimes its not neurotypicality, but the convention that explaining your jokes makes its unfunny/cringe so people don't explain bad jokes and play nonchalant (oh you didn't get the joke/oh tough crowd tonight) even if they don't land. learning to ignore one-off interactions (esp online) as a judgement of people's character and just going on my way is what I do now.

And you can understand jokes in interactions the more you make them (not in a 1 reply context though ofc) - it will still be context dependent and you may not always get it. Go learn all the social rules and become a high masking autistic yayyy!!!

Thank you! I did realize after some thinking that a mandatory flair would not work as intended, it would likely be misused. Also, I just jumped the gun on this post because I felt happy for five (5) days in a row. I get your perspective. I come from a tier 3 city with a very poor financial background, mental stigma and parents who raised me very badly. I'm not trying to make any rules, just a suggestion people can take up if they choose to. I understand the need for self-advocacy and self-identification; however I'm simply pointing out that other factors that one can rule out, should be ruled out as well before you self-identify. Additionally, while ADHD / Autism may exist, there can still be maladaptive learned beliefs that people may need to work on. For me, it still helps a lot to live the way audhd people do. similar habits, routines, etc. And trying to change things backfires.
