honestly thinking over what you said helped ALOT cause doing some research it might be some sort of instability with my neck which im going to bring up to a doctor next time i go ! so thank you for this!!!

ive tried doing exercises/stretches for my neck and stuff for a few weeks which didnt help, im assuming they are migraines cause chronic migraines run in my family and pain meds do help. somehwat, but no id didnt consider it might not be migraines honestly, i dont really even know what it would be if not migraines but reading this was still helpful tysm!

i will, and she just wants to make sure its not like a tumor or something since apparently the spot the pain is is concerning (when i told the er nurse where the pain was she grimaced which doesnt seem to mean something good) i doubt its anything serious its just so frustrating

i figured :,] thank you i do see a neurologist for my migraines and she suggested getting an mri just due to the weird location of my migraine (back of my head) but i cant afford that, but ill see if i can get an appointment with her again for any alternative, thank you!

I appreciate it :,) but yeah I have hated myself for as long as I can remember ( I remember feeling sick and getting distressed cause I hated myself so much when I was 8) there's not been a day I've liked myself there's been a few minutes, hours maybe I have but I don't remember and they pass quickly before reality sets In :,)

Unfortunately I have no one irl I have one friend who I barely talk too and no one I can trust unfortunately I thought my mother was trustable but she always picks my sister over me  And it's hard to get help as I'm super like stunted despite being like 20 I can barely talk I'm scared of technology  And I don't think it's a crisis or anything just a thing thag is happening but I am trying to look into therapy but I have no insurance and am broke I wish I could report it but I have no proof and my sister would genuinely kill me but I do thinks Abt it

While my moral ocd didn't cause me to realize my npd(my friend with npd actually was like "hey you may have this" then i researched it for months) I want to say it's nice seeing someone else w/ npd that also has ocd esp moral ocd! I rarely see other ppl with those and it's nice to see :3

please do not feed wildlife that puts them in so much danger, but i would call a local wildlife rehab and see if you can explain what its doing and have someone come out and catch it because it does seem weird and having a professional check up on it
