That really sucks to hear, I’m on PSVR and a buddy of mine and I have been looking forward to playing this together. But! Good things come to those who wait I suppose

I’ve noticed this, hope it stays this way. I think you can see their names when looking at them only if they’ve used prox chat. Met a guy after the badlands update, before he spoke looking at him wouldn’t show his name. After he spoke, when looking anywhere at his body, his name would display with the “survivor” text and such

Been happening to me too, already been reported on the DayZ bug report page. It’s a bit frustrating, it seems any time you ADS there’s a chance to crash. Sometimes being shot at makes it crash too, happened to both me and a friend a single time, separate occasions. Unplayable, not worth the time sink just for the game to crash when it matters most and load back in as a fresh spawn

Agreed. Me and a friend tried this achievement countless times. On top of just being difficult, it seemed quite bugged. To complete it, we used only the revolver, in more of a sense than the trophy instructions might imply. Didn’t even use the multitool/lock pick, only kicking doors. No mirror gun, no NVG, no battering ram, etc. No attachments on the revolver either

I agree big time, tunnel water being clean makes hydration too easy for what the map was intended to be

And for whatever it may be worth, for immersion purposes, underground water isn’t necessarily clean, bacteria can live quite deep into the earth

The photo attached shows weapons that would use gun powder/black powder (I believe, I don’t know much about out antique firearms). Replace the reactive powder with, like, pixie dust lol

I’ve *heard* there’s a glitch where the game thinks you’re above ground still when in the tunnels. Not desync, because zombies and such aren’t able to hit you, but the temp shows as if you were above ground.

Huge agree. Free kits are why I haven’t played in ages… loading up with my duo and our expensive kits just to barely scrape by against non stop hordes of free kits who have no incentive to fuck off. And once one free kit team has us low, it’s a third party or arc who finish us off. And if we do make it out of the raid we tended to come back with nothing of value, since 9/10 players we engaged with were FREE KITS lol

The default sensitivity is ridiculously high, unlike most console games. I’ve got mine super low and and comfortably PvP

I cured it by finding a water truck and taking my hydration from red to white with a gap, and soaking my face/all my clothes, and staying on the shade. But I wasn’t to the point of vomiting

Happened to me and my friends multiple times since the Badlands update. Seems to not so much happen when in proximity to other players, but instead happening when shooting OR being shot at when near other players
