No one wants to read a list of rules upon entry. No one wants to abide by someones elses mundane rules that they wouldn't abide by in their own home. This is the business you got in. At most they want to know about what is around the neighborhood to explore. They don't care about your cushions. They don't care about windowsills.

They care about having a relaxing time on vacation. They care about grieving the loved one they just lost for the funeral they are in town for. They are there to party for their 40th.

People shouldn't be expected to do all the things you require. You have insurance.

Thats not petty enough. I live in a similar neighborhood... just not gated. I email the property manager and they contact the home. They move their car within a few hours of making that email or they are getting a fine. Park in front of your own house or the clubhouse or get fined and towed!
