Yeahhh I'm hoping I don't have any issues with the AIO parts. From a long term reliability perspective a none AIO is probably better long term, but I do feel the large case with the dual AIOs works. Both are actually running push/pull fan configs. I originally started with a 5080 FE and a much smaller case. An Antec C5 instead of the Antec C8 Curve Wood. Even the C8 could not close with the 5090 AIO horizontally mounted had to go vertical lol. Ran it with no glass while I waited for a vertical mount for it haha

And ya it's been great! Stays super cool, mid 40s to mid 50s in most games and Hotspot never goes above mid 60s. Zotac also has some of the best PCBs for 5xxx series cards from a repairablity perspective and I got a wire view recently just haven't installed it yet just to be safe as well!

I'm currently in the middle of a re-watch, I'm like 2/3 episodes after Rick left so opinion may change once I finish but here are my thoughts.

Show starts really strong and slowly declines season to season. Once the Savior arc starts there is a HEAVY decline compared to everything before this point. The whole arc should have been one season not two. Once Rick leaves there is another HEAVY decline and than goes back to slowly declining

Tomorrow will two weeks since I've gotten my Fold 8 I'll answer what I can. Just to add the Fold 7 was my first foldable, got it on release and had no issues with it on its own. Battery was on the slightly worse side and I did feel it was a bit tall. Especially in sweatpants/short pockets it would sometimes slip out. I came from an iPhone 16 Pro and currently have an Air for work. Will try and hit all your points

I don't use WhatsApp but I have no issues with typing on the regular text app/reddit/etc. I use SwiftKey, takes abit more then half the screen, could probably format it to be half exactly, but I like it as it is rn. Typing one handed is harder then the 7 but not impossible. Two handed typing is much better then the 7 imo

I don't use Instagram a lot, but cover sgreen for me is fine. If you sit on it for extended periods of time you'll probably wanna open it fully

I use reddit more than basically anything else. The cover screen is good, not great for reddit, but opened and rotated it's amazing feels like an iPad mini device and I love it. Since I'm on reddit as much as I am I probably do 50/50 in terms of open vs closed based off where I am, but opened is a much better for sure

Battery life feels a lot better than the 7. Based on the phones estimates a full charge would last me on average 2d 5hrs. During the week I charge it in my car and basically don't worry about it otherwise. Weekends a full charge is lasting me most of the weekend. Again I have two phones so my iPhone gets some of my usage, may not be the best judge here

Generally if I'm at home, couch, desk, in bed, at work at my desk. Basically anywhere not on the move I open it up and use it opened unless I'm doing something quick just like answering a text or something. If I'm standing in line somewhere or picking up food, etc I'll use it closed

Personally I don't find the speakers to be to bad. They are a none factor to me, they aren't amazing and they could be better but I haven't found it to be an issue. Camera isn't awful, but definitely could be better especially for the price.

Other notes: Apple pay is superior to both Samsung and Google Pay imo, Samsung pay I didn't like Google pay is fine, but Apple Pay is better. If you are deep into Apples eco system you'll definitely miss the syncing and smoothness of everything working together, but if not you won't miss much imo I do like it more than my iPhone by a lot

Honesty I have been loving it more then the 7 it's still new so that's definitely a factor, but it's been a great device so far and I reach for my iPhone significantly less than I did when I had my Fold 7. I havent found any apps like fully broken, but I do look forward to more apps playing well with the cover screen
