Counterargument for arguments sake:

Tv + apple tv + HomePod = Apple TV not built in, but also not a problem since it’s small and sitting near the tv, 1 remote since TV has HDMI CEC and HomePods listens via Apple TV to the remote, better looks is subjective and the setup fits neatly in my art deko style for the tv facing wall.

Building own home theater:
I’ll add another HomePod and I get 10-15 mid pitcher speakers and 2 small but also convincing bass. This already can be a very powerful and easy setup, but:

Buy a new Apple TV and new speakers, you get yourself the possible way to add 2 HomePod mini’s for the back.

Back that up by good wi-fi and Ethernet (as the target group for new Apple TV + HomePods mostly would have, €€€) and the needs for a soundbar sink rapidly.

I was presented a few soundbars around the scale, but my Apple TV and (1) HomePod seems to “beat them all”.
I see the point (and heard the difference multiple times) and adding another HomePod would eliminate real 7.1 speaker hi-fi for me, at a cost of another HomePod.

Similar to me like an Apple Hub: There is no fixed place for me to put the central of my house. I need good sound at the tv, nice sound in the kitchen and working room, a central display would be best in the hallway.

I can remote my (Apple) TV via iPhone and Siri, why should I go to the front of my TV to change something per tipping?
Seems a step back to me.

But I also don’t like the microphones in the new Apple TV. So get yourself the last gen and a HomePod, so you bang these Music, Movies and Shows.

Swing a Hammer on the top till you hear a rattling of small pieces when you shake it. If you dent the metal cover on the top hard enough the underlying disc will burst. Not recoverable.

Then you should for real without the number. Anxiety shows a dependency which seems unhealthy.
Maybe try without the number and if you feel you’re spending too much time on the phone, make it go black&white to reduce the neurological inputs.
This way I managed to get a big chunk of control over my nervous system back.

Have cases like this too, they can’t hurt.

Prevention is always better than protection, but they also do great if I have my drives in my backpack with other stuff lose around.

Train yourself to use them and you’ve done the best you can 👍🏼

But I also don’t believe that Zuck is wholeheartedly embedding security as metas business model involves spying as much as they can.

It’s giving hard „nobody plans to build a wall“-vibes, and for that I’m out.

If WhatsApp is good for others, so be. But for myself, I’m not interested in this 🤷🏼‍♂️

I use now signal, telegram and iMessage. Still a few, but atleast meta doesn’t tangle directly in my phone.

I ditched it and everyone else was using it. Told them, explained why and how they can contact me further, never looked back.

Lost around 30% of my messaging circle, regret nothing.

Just because „but but mainstream“ is a bad argument. I don’t need contact to those who know it’s spyware and shit and still using it.
