Old man is a multimillionaire and wrote me off when I left the family business. I have a mortgage paid off cars, a decent, and comfortable life. But my house built in the 90s 3000 sqft and that's too old and in a "crummy neighborhood". I don't strive for the biggest and best cars, trailers, houses, ect and for that I am the black sheep. Took my kids to a trampoline park. Started light then worked into doing flips and tricks. Well my kids started talking shit about how I'm old and can't land a front flip using the spring board setup they had. I proved them wrong, and they of course doubted me saying it was luck. I did it again and once again they pushed. So I went for a third attempt...... Over rotated and landed directly on my foot, toes pointing straight down. Now we are heading to the ER. Fractured my mid foot in three place, caused avulsions where a ligament attaches in two places, and partially tore that same ligament. It's what they refer to as a lis franc injury. Luckily I destroyedy foot just right to avoid surgery, but also just right to have a deformed foot with awesome arthritis.
