Just move the pin slightly so youre in range and get a proper photo...

We have a dispatcher who does OTR audits. He will be sitting in his personal car randomly at one of your stops and he will watch you make the delivery and time you. He then comes to your van and checks your organization and whatnot, mostly for new drivers. The whole "you delivered to a wrong address" thing is weird though. Unless the customer called and escalated it with Amazon, Im not sure how anyone would even know you got a wrong address until that weeks scorecard comes out

Sensitive_Macaron767

You 100% can be charged with tresspassing for doing this. The blue vest does not give you permission to illegally enter apartment buildings dude 😂 if you cant gain access via a customer just rts that shit

Sensitive_Macaron767

Being upset because your job is holding you accountable for your actions is nuts. We are adults, we should be able to be told we did something wrong without getting butt hurt about it

Sensitive_Macaron767

Why is that insane? You have to tell people what they are doing wrong if you want them to correct it...

Sensitive_Macaron767

This. My route during peak is usually 40-50 less total stops than normal, but tons of overflow.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Good news!!! Package is in the wrong tote. Which one you ask??? Thats your problem!

Sensitive_Macaron767

Its almost always better to not bring up that you came from a different DSP. It does not benefit you in any way, you are still going to be making base driver rate at a new DSP. Its only going to potentially complicate things tbh

Sensitive_Macaron767

There is no time frame. It has more to do with openings for the position than anything. At my first DSP I became a dispatcher after 4 months. Been with my current DSP for 2 years now and the entire management team that was there when I started is still there now.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Fuck that. I could never work for somebody who sympathizes with pedos.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Its less work that way. If you ground a van, your DSP has to submit paperwork and get it inspected by a YM. If the DSP just fixes the issue themselves and doesnt involve Amazon in it, its much easier.

Sensitive_Macaron767

You can double stack bags on the shelf and then do a single run on the floor. Fits the same amount of bags as triple stacking, but you dont have to mess with bungie cords or worry about your shit going everywhere if you take a turn too hard.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Just do your shit right and get done on time. It doesnt matter how fast you go.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Pulls up and parks van on porch

Oh sorry I thought this was your garage

Sensitive_Macaron767

Leave a piss bottle on his porch so he knows the feeling is mutual

Sensitive_Macaron767

Its definitely meant to be a candle... lol

Sensitive_Macaron767

We do pickups at Amazon as well. We have a Whole Foods route that does a full van pick up every day as its last stop. Usually its just 1 random return from a customer though

Sensitive_Macaron767

It seems like your DSP sees you as a liability and doesnt want to put you on the road.

Sensitive_Macaron767

They arent really "inviting" us... they payed for a service and we are the ones who signed up to provide the service. Most people do not do this stuff blatantly on purpose, they just dont think about it. How far the Amazon guy has to walk to get to the door is not something that is very high on people priority list.

Sensitive_Macaron767

No doubt. I do not want drivers pulling into my driveway either... lets be honest, the average DA is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Sensitive_Macaron767

You cant put a price tag on comfort. Take care of your feet, your future self will thank you. Also, doing this job in boots sounds miserable. I want the lightest footwear possible if im walking 20k steps a day

Sensitive_Macaron767

Hoka bondi's are amazing. I like the water proof/slip resistant model, with the wide toe box. Salomons are amazing too if you want something a bit sturdier.

Sensitive_Macaron767

Or you can always just pay attention to your surroundings. OP apparently didnt see the thing when he pulled in, nor when he was backing out. The marker would have been on his drivers side of the vehicle both times....

Sensitive_Macaron767

These people are failing to mention that while yes, mesmer is capable of doing a lot of really cool stuff, 99% of the playerbase cannot pull most of this stuff off. Mesmer has one of, if not the highest skill ceiling in the game.

Sensitive_Macaron767

You dont got 46 totes in that van my guy.
