Research airline pilot hiring. Pilots had to earn a certain amount of points to qualify, a lot had nothing to do with aptitude. Minority pilots earned points based on race. That is scary. I don’t want any individual who holds people’s lives on their hands hired for anything other than skill and aptitude having my life in their hands.
