Palestine is not important to the vast majority of British people, whose concerns are far closer to home about the welfare of themselves, and the people closest to them. In the same way they are not that concerned with the ongoing India/ Pakistan conflict, or the Myanmar civil war. People are naturally concerned with conflicts that affect them directly - such as Ukraine and Iran, where both conflicts started by despotic cunts have made life more difficult for everyone.

A political party that thinks people care that much about the Israeli Palestine conflict is a party that makes itself unelectable on a national level. Hell... Thursday will prove the same is true on a local level, as well.
