Ya, also acetaminophen interacts with accutane to cause even more liver toxicity

Sheeplessknight

An ALT over 100 is the time your doctor will likely recommend reducing your dose or cutting it off temporarily. I wouldent stop taking your dose until instructed. Without an AST it really isn't conclusive, but combining acetaminophen can act synergisticly with accutane. I would recommend not taking it in the future.

As a point of reference I have had an ALT over 1000 so 141 is concerning but not an immediate action sort of thing. Likely you will do more frequent blood work and see the trend especially as you had other complicating factors

Tbh if you live anywhere in CO but the mountains resistive backup is more then sufficient. It will only kick on maybe once or twice a year

Sheeplessknight

A note on 2 they also round stats shown but only just before display, so the actual number applied can be a bit off

Sheeplessknight

The rich ain't gonna give up Aspen my guy

Sheeplessknight

And don't immediately apologize foe smiling too much that's weird.

Sheeplessknight

I mean "only enroll kids that test well" is not a thing a district can learn

Sheeplessknight

Ya, you should skip M7, and do M6/M5 + G7/G6 + S7/S6

Sheeplessknight

I mean that highly depends, but not inherently

Sheeplessknight

To your G and S lvls ex G5/S5/M4

Sheeplessknight

Go for previous lvl monsters that will be more efficient

Sheeplessknight

Further note this is only true for the bace stats, but adding a stack can increase the number of hits your bigger troops actually do in battle potentially resulting in higher DMG/Silver. It also can wildly swing based on your cost and strength bonuses. From my simulations 3 teirs (around 25 stacks) is generally most efficient, but depending on your state it can range from 1 teir to 5 teirs

Luckily the closest thing that has happened since I got here was a mouse bite from a CWD positive mouse, but anything that breaks the skin gets that protocol. You will get chemical burns, but you might not get sick in 10 years.

We also only work with animal Prions so much lower possibly of infection, CWD templating onto human PrP is really unlikely, and we have never seen an in-vivo infection on humanized models.

It is significantly more of a contentious issue in the states as the aberhamic religions in general but more specificly JW and protestants were against organ donation until the 80s and now most view it as a personal issue (leading to many sill viewing it as effectively) as it was/is seen as desecration of a body.

Ya our current SOP for cuts or sticks is push blood out under running water then submerge (if possible) in >6% sodium hypochlorite for 15 min (undiluted bleach), while keeping it bleeding as long as possible. We are a Prion lab so like most of our infection stuff is precautions so it never happens, to the point of not holding things we are cutting or injecting if at all possible

Sheeplessknight

Hell under most grants your PI dosent even own the data

Sheeplessknight

Go see a doc or clinic, in case you do come down with anything and you need workers comp.

Sheeplessknight

Why avoid pushing blood out, it is currently in our SOP to reduce the chances of infection, but I inherited the protocol so has the data changed ?

Sheeplessknight

I mean in general I am against sales taxes as they are a regressive tax, but with TABOR they are really the only way to find things in CO without a constitutional amendment.

Sheeplessknight

Oh yes exactly

Sheeplessknight

Ya, there is legit a mental disorder called FDIS (factitious disorder imposed on self) formerly called Munchausen syndrome. Ironically, they do need treatment, just not in a medical hospital.

Sheeplessknight

Ya, there are better ways to stop people from wasting resources. But like also no healthy person particularly likes going to the doctor's office so like how real is this concern.

Sheeplessknight

I mean getting help for pedophiles is treatment to help them not act on urges in a way that causes harm. this could rang anywhere from cold showers to voluntary chemical castration

Sheeplessknight

Ehh I think the causation probably goes the other way. That is, those who are more likely to offend are more likely to get over the stigma to ask for help.

Sheeplessknight

Honestly, the amount of time a parent is able to care for a child in the 6mo after birth is one heck of a confounding variable
