Which is more expensive? The price of one lesson or the price of taking three months to get as good as you could in one month? A good teacher will make that kind of difference, once you find the right one. I'm sure you can make the money for a lesson faster than 2 months, so it should be a net speed up.

Realised I have one and a half relevant tips: Get a teacher if you don't already have one, the right one is easily worth it.
Aside from anything else, this will help you get confident singing in front of people because your teacher isn't going to judge you and that's actually what they're there for.
The half a tip is once you've found the right teacher and really comfortable with them, invite along one friend to a lesson.
They say if you can speak in front of 2 people you can speak in front of 2 000 and I'm sure singing is the same.

I don't know enough about singing to give you constructive advice on that, but I love that you're passionate and that clearly comes through! So stick at it and you'll nail the technique I'm sure. Great song choice as well.

I know almost nothing about singing, but this honestly sounds like a pretty good start.

Ah well, can't have too much reality in their echo chamber!

Yes, they are absolutely done hahahaha.
Lmao. Deleted accounts is at least 80% of these cases.
