She knows who they are and knows they weren't being malicious as much as being idiots. Plus she dated Jim and still had a soft spot for him. If they were strangers yeah she would press charges, her not pressing charges was more of a realistic reaction.

Yesterday Friday was the most packed friday ive seen by far

Even if you are an adult, and dont have kids to slow you down getting to that many panels in 4 days is way too hard to coordinate. Plus there is so much other stuff to see

The chances of you being able to get 18 or more panels in the 4 days is slim.
