I don't have a full list at the moment, but a big hole you're missing are Stunky and Glameow. Only available in Diamond and Pearl using Gens 1-4.

According to bulbapedia, it's a 60% chance of an item per dust cloud, then a 10% chance of an evolution stone. I assume each stone has an equal chance of appearing, so for a dusk stone specifically, it's 10%. Meaning in total, it's a 0.6% you'll get a Dusk Stone from any dust cloud.

Not specifically Yellow, but any transfer from a Gen 1/2 VC game to Bank gives the pokemon a GB Origin Mark to tell you it originated from those games. This mark is kept on the pokemon permanently from then on.

Sorry, you want a guide on how to catch every Unown? Or a checklist? It's just the 26 letters and ! and ? so something like a notepad or simple excel should be fine.

Or do you mean you want the locations? Every Unown symbol is in the same location/same group of locations; they're not really separated.

GSC - Ruins of Alph though to you need to solve the puzzles in the 4 chambers within the area to get all the Unown to spawn
FRLG - Tanoby Chambers. They appear in various rarities in the 7 chambers, you can check Bulbapedia/Serebii for which letters appear in which chamber. You'll also need to complete the Tanoby Key strength puzzle to unlock them first though.
DPPl - Solaceon Ruins. The middle chambers have one letter corresponding to the word FRIENDS, and the mini chambers have the remaining letters. Catch them all to unlock a secret passage accessible from Route 214 which leads to a room with the ! and ? symbols.
HGSS - same as GSC
ORAS - All 28 Unown appear on a specific Mirage Cave which is located south of Route 207.
BDSP - same as DPPl
L:A - Scattered throughout the region. You get the opportunity to catch them after completing the Crimson Mirelands. Some of them don't appear until late game so you won't be able to get them all until right before the end.

Tynamo - 30-40%
Drilbur - 30-40%
Scraggy - 60-70%
Litwick - 60-70%

Red isn't that crazy, with potions and decent matchups, high 50s or low 60s is enough. But yeah if you don't care about clearing out the Kanto gyms, you can just drop the game now.

ShyRake

No you won't really miss anything. A lot of people just skip Kanto for casual playthroughs since it's another like 4-5 hours of battling trainers and stuff.

The Voir in Gardevoir is suspected to come from "devoir" or "voir" which are French words meaning "duty" and "to see" respectively. Given they're from French, they get pronounced like "voar".

While it's a good idea to get how/why to pronounce a pokemon's name (a certain way) from the suspected name origins, it's not always the case. The main example being Blastoise from "tortoise". But we pronounce it like "Bla-stoys" and not "Bla-stus" like we pronounce it "tor-tus". It's just all up to how the company pronounces the pokemon's name and we follow.

You'll need not only an emulator and the save file, but also a rom of Red/Blue.

Once you acquire the rom, you'll need to convert the save file to one that the emulator can read. It's going to depend on what original savefile you downloaded is as well as the emulator so it's going to be difficult to guide you on that. You can check what type of savefile the emulator produces by simply opening Red/Blue in the emulator and then closing it; it'll produce a placeholder savefile with the right filetype.

Once you know manage to convert the downloaded savefile to the correct savefile (again, depending on the emulator), you'll need to make sure the name matches with the rom's name. From there it should play.

It just needs to be a fateful encounter Celebi. The specific one meant for the event is the one described in the 2011 section of this page.
I think it would be safer to do the relocation, so generating the Celebi in HGSS first. I believe PKSM has a database of prior events (in the cheats section?) that you can auto generate, though I don't remember. It's probably easier to get your save onto a computer and use PKHeX. There are websites with all the events as specific file types that you just drag into PkHeX and the event is generated immediately.

ShyRake

It has long expired by this point unfortunately.

I'm not sure what you mean by edited? It's not a trace of the official art (sugimori or TCG), and that forum post is the only source from Google Image Search so I assume it's some kind of art commission that the OP of that post organised.

ShyRake

Looks to be custom art for a PokeMMO event of some kind. Shown here

To fit in the new emotes, those Myth/Promise ones had to go.

ShyRake

Probably something like Magical Leaf, Poison Powder, Reflect, Synthesis. All level up moves. Poison Powder to get it poisoned, Reflect to increase defense, then Synthesis to keep your health up. Then just chip it with Magical Leaf, it'll be fine.

Very late reply. They're referring to a fast way to defeat rogue mega evolution zones. They provide both high amounts of research points as well as high level berries.

The Trick-or-Treat strat utilises a Gourgeist with the move and an Annihilape with Rage Fist. You throw in Gourgeist against the Mega and use Trick-or-Treat. This turns it into a ghost type. Then you throw in Annihilape and repeatedly spam Rage Fist (maybe alternate with a stat raising move like Bulk Up). Rage Fist becomes stronger with each use, and since the Mega becomes a ghost type, it's also weak to ghost moves now so Rage Fist becomes even stronger. With litle variation, this strategy can be used to defeat every rogue mega really really quickly.

Yes, raids can be shiny. If you joined an online one, there is always a chance it's a manipulated/hacked one; those are still fairly common but I'm not sure if they'd make one for a 1-star or 2-star raid like Kabuto.

ShyRake

There's nothing wrong with it. You can leave it or release it, doesn't matter.

Chikorita in Johto has no advantages against any of Johto's gyms. Flying, Bug, Normal, Ghost (with a bonus of also being Poison), Fighting, Steel, Ice, Dragon; not a single type grass is super effective against.

ReGLOSS actually only got their twitter account recently, like in the last month or so. So FG following not too long after isn't that surprising.

ShyRake

By guide what do you mean? Do you mean documentation, you can find the documentation in Drayano's shared google drive here: BBWW2 docs

ShyRake

Yes they're renewable. You just need to grind for the encounter again.

ShyRake

Aside from that, the next best way is to get a hacked 3ds and just put the events on the game's save file.

ShyRake

There's an NPC somewhere that shows you the entries for the genies. As for why you have Landorus, maybe you just got it through trade/the dream rader/some other method at some point while you had the game and just no longer have it.

ShyRake

It depends on what kinda of meta questions. If it's about not being able to post pictures, that's because picture posts on this sub are banned on weekends; you'll have to wait until monday.
